What Is AlphaManPro?

Wondering how you can be a winner in bed? AlphaManPro male enhancement supplement claims to boost your testosterone levels with a combination of 100% natural ingredients, leading to:

  • Firmer and longer-lasting erections
  • Super-charged stamina
  • Improved ejaculation control
  • Increased orgasm intensity

According to the AlphaManPro website, your potential for enhanced size and performance are due to increased blood flow and boosted testosterone.

And, while the primary effect of AlphaManPro is helping you get harder for longer in the moment, the brands states that their supplements can also grow your confidence (and your member) in the long-term, implying that enhanced erections can even lead to a permanent increase in penis size.

All these benefits are supposedly available to prospective AlphaManPro customers by taking just two supplements a day—helping you grow up to a few inches in just several weeks.

AlphaManPro Pricing and Refund Policy

AlphaManPro is only available either as a trial offer. By signing up, customers receive a one-month supply (60 capsules) for free, and pay an additional $5 for shipping charges.

The free trial period is 15 days and begins when you place your order. Now, AlphaManPro states that shipping only takes three to six days. However, they also note that, should shipping be delayed for matters outside of their control, the 15 day trial period still applies.

This means that, when you subtract time for shipping, you might be left with as little as one to two days to evaluate the product. Either way, no matter when it arrives, be sure to keep an eye on your calendar to avoid unwanted charges.

By 15 days after your initial order, you must either call AlphaManPro at 1-888-221-2554 (toll-free) or 1-646-688-0457 (international) to cancel or accept the full charge for a one-month supply, a total of $109. This brings your initial cost for one month to $114.

Should you not cancel your order of AlphaManPro, you will also be automatically enrolled in their monthly shipment program. Each subsequent month after your initial order, you’ll receive a new bottle of AlphaManPro supplements along with charges for your monthly subscription ($109) and shipping ($5), totaling $114.

Please note that any cancellation requests made after the trial period are not eligible for a refund—if you allow the 15 days to pass, you’re responsible for all charges associated with your order.

As we’ve mentioned numerous times in our research and investigation of similar products, including in our article about autoship programs, it’s generally a good rule of thumb to be wary of purchasing products offered through free trials and with subsequent autoship enrollments.

In Think That Free Trial is a Good Idea? Why You Might Be Gambling with Your Money, we talk about how some companies will do everything that they can to keep your membership active. Meaning, it might take multiple calls, saying no to upsell attempts, or enduring long hold times before you can confirm your cancellation.

Interested in learning how a single supplement might make you hotter, longer, and better in bed? Here’s a closer look at how AlphaManPro works:

Does AlphaManPro Help Enhance Your Size and Sex Life?

The website states that the AlphaManPro formula is a unique blend of 17 natural components that have been perfectly balanced to boost your erection and performance.

To check if those claims can stand up to closer inspection, we compared AlphaManPro’s info on each ingredient to ingredient information provided by additional sources, including HighYa’s own herb index, WebMD, and The Mayo Clinic:

Tongkat Ali

AlphaManPro states that Tongkat Ali is used in Southeast Asian medicine to increase libido and rev up sex drive.

During our research, we learned that Tongkat Ali is more commonly known as longjack or its scientific name, Eurycoma longifolia. Tongkat Ali’s reputation for enhancing male virility comes from a tradition of Malaysian men using the bark of this evergreen shrub to treat erectile dysfunction and infertility.

But, does it work? WebMD states that Tongkat Ali contains several chemicals that have different effects in the body—and that some of those chemicals seem to affect how the body produces the hormone testosterone.

Research of Tongkat Ali shows that it’s possibly effective for treating male infertility. WebMD reports, “Some evidence suggests that taking a specific Eurycoma longifolia supplement (Phytes Bioteks by Biotropics Malaysia) by mouth can improve the quality and concentration of sperm in infertile men.”

WebMD goes on to say that “early research showed taking an extract of Eurycoma longifolia by mouth for one month might increase testosterone levels, and improve related symptoms in men with low testosterone levels.” However, there is still insufficient evidence to support this claim.

Muira Puama

AlphaManPro states that Muira Puama has been shown to support erections, improve fertility, and sexual function, as well as fight depression. The supplement website claims that, in a related study, 70% of male subjects reported an increase in libido and 90% in erection stability.

Those numbers sound promising. However, AlphaManPro doesn’t link to a study that might support their claim.

Unfortunately, despite attempting several Google searches using term combinations that might yield a supporting study, we were unable to find any research from a reputable organization that echoed the results reported by AlphaManPro. In fact, a Google search for “muira puama study 70% of male subjects reported an increase in libido” only yields results from other male enhancement products.

What we did find is that, despite AlphaManPro’s claims to provide a unique formula created by their research team, the search revealed additional supplements, such as Nutra365 and The Raging Lion, that promise nearly identical ingredients and results.

While we weren’t able to find any evidence in the fine print that these two companies are related, we can’t help but remark with suspicion that both AlphaManPro and The Raging Lion websites are literal copies of one another, down to the images, wording, and even customer testimonials—they didn’t even bother to switch out their supposed customers images and names!

It’s worth noting that, in our experience, this kind of copycat website is indicative of a scam. However, let’s turn our attention back to the ingredients, themselves.

WebMD says that Muira Puama has a reputation as a homeopathic treatment for preventing sexual disorders such as erectile dysfunction and a low libido. However, WebMD goes on to state, “The chemicals in muira puama have no known effects on the body”—a conclusion echoed in our own index.

Maca

AlphaManPro claims that the Peruvian maca root has the potential to increase sexual desire, as well as boost sperm production and improve its count.

According to WebMD, early research shows that taking a specific maca product each day for four months increased the semen and sperm count in healthy male participants. Similarly, early research shows that taking a maca supplement for 12 weeks can increase sexual desire.

Note that WebMD states that there still remains insufficient evidence to substantiate these claims. How can a study show results, but there still be insufficient evidence?

This type of wording implies that at least one study has been performed. However, for there to be sufficient proof that an ingredient such as maca can live up to AlphaManPro’s claims, additional studies need to be performed.

Additionally, because so much is unknown about the effect of maca on male fertility and libido, WebMD states that “there is not enough scientific information to determine an appropriate range of doses for maca.” The website urges potential maca users to remember that natural products aren’t always safe, and to consult your physician or healthcare advisor before using.

L-Arginine

The above three ingredients are prominently highlighted and explained on AlphaManPro’s website, while the remaining 14 are subsequently listed only by name. However, we thought it was important to mention L-Arginine, as there’s sufficient evidence to somewhat substantiate AlphaManPro’s claims.

First, what is L-arginine? According to WebMD, it’s an amino acid that’s necessary for our bodies to make protein, and is normally obtained from the diet of red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products.

WebMD goes on to state that there is sufficient evidence that L-arginine can be used to treat erectile dysfunction in the correct dose.

WebMD says that taking 5 grams of L-arginine by mouth daily seems to improve sexual function in men experiencing erectile dysfunction. However, taking lower doses might not be effective.

Now, listen up because this is important: AlphaManPro’s FAQ page lists how much of each herb is included in a single supplement: For L-Arginine, each capsule contains only 500 mg.

Because AlphaManPro suggests taking two supplements a day, customers will ingest 1000 mg (or 1 gram) of L-Arginine. However, that’s still only a fifth of the recommended dose.

Aside from the four major ingredients that we’ve just listed, each AlphaManPro capsule includes the following: Zinc (50 mg), yohimbe bark (500 mg), and ginseng blend (125 mg).

What To Take Away From AlphaManPro’s Ingredients

While many of the herbs included in AlphaManPro’s formula enjoy a reputation for increasing male virility, those effects are only recognized in the homeopathic community. Aside from one ingredient, L-Arginine, there’s just not enough evidence to support the supplement’s claims.

What about L-Arginine? Well, the insufficient dosage of an otherwise credible ingredient highlights a common problem with supplements in general: Because the Food and Drug Administration doesn’t regulate the supplement industry, these companies can claim whatever they’d like without fear of reprisal.

However, even if AlphaManPro did include a sufficient amount of L-Arginine or another herb, the possible side effects include interactions with other medications, unhealthy changes in blood pressure, or possible allergic reactions—all because supplements aren’t required to go through sufficient testing to ensure that they’re safe.

Bottom Line: Will AlphaManPro Turn You Into a Stud?

In our experience reviewing the websites, marketing tactics, and evaluating claims made by similar testosterone boosting male enhancement supplements such as TestoStorm, Spartagen XT, Rexavar, and Alpha Limit as well as many more, these products generally advertised unsubstantiated claims and receive overwhelmingly awful customer reviews. (Particularly concerning billing, shipping, and customer service.)

A sampling of comments from HighYa readers on testosterone-boosting products we’ve reviewed includes 116 1-star reviews of the companies listed above using the words “scam” and “rip-off.”

Considering that AlphaManPro makes bold claims regarding ingredients without providing sufficient evidence to support their promise. Plus, the absence of supporting evidence information provided by WebMD, clinical trials, or case studies gives us reason to believe that there might not be sufficient evidence to support AlphaManPro’s claims of increasing size, stamina, etc.

Finally, because AlphaManPro employs an autoship program that charges customers high costs within just days of receiving their product, and that similar supplements have received so many negative reviews, we would not recommend purchasing AlphaManPro.

Instead, for anyone struggling with performance or stamina, it’s worth speaking with your physician about whether a compound like AlphaManPro is the right choice for you and your current health status, as well as explore alternate means boosting your testosterone and libido.
