Let’s quickly break down a couple of the terms we just read about.

What Is Body Type? How About Resistance Training?

Everyone on the planet falls into 1 of 3 different body types (also known as body shapes):

The entire Customized Fat Loss System for Men can be purchased for a one-time payment of $37. Keep in mind that the program is only downloadable, and doesn’t include any physical products.

We’ve reviewed dozens of these Clickbank-type e-books here at HighYa, including Navajo Restore My Hearing System, Smart Blood Sugar, and Restore Lost Hair, and they almost always come with very low online customer ratings. Why? Most people claim that much of the same information can be found elsewhere online for free, and that it’s not as “revolutionary” as these authors claim.

But is this the case with Customized Fat Loss for Men?

Who is Kyle Leon? Does He Have a Good Online Reputation?

As we mentioned at the beginning, Kyle Leon claims to be a leading fitness author and health advocate, who has created other programs like Venus Factor, in addition to Customized Fat Loss for Men.

If you type Kyle’s name into any search engine, you’ll immediately be met with 62 complaints (as of the time of this writing) on PissedConsumer. Most referenced difficulty accessing/downloading the content, unhelpful information, and no response from customer service. Of those who bought it, a forum thread on Bodybuilding.com also referenced many of these same concerns.

We also came across 1 review for the program’s Android app on Amazon, where it was rated one star. The reviewer noted: “Waste of time. It's basically voluntary ad-ware you're installing on your tablet or phone.”

From a professional perspective, Customized Fat Loss for Men was reviewed by WeightRater.com, who gave the program a 2-star rating. Why? Because the meal plan is only “customizable” using the limited number of foods in the database, and none of the promised exercises were included. Also, like we learned through other websites, “The backend is erratic and the support team is unreachable which, on occasions, makes the product unusable.”

Finally, Customized Fat Loss for Men is produced by KLF International Inc., although they weren’t listed with the Better Business Bureau at the time of our research.

Is There Anything “Revolutionary” About Customized Fat Loss for Men?

Given everything we’ve learned today, here’s how we’d put it: Will Customized Fat Loss for Men be effective for simultaneously losing fat and building muscle? Sure, we’re willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.

But do we think it’s likely? Based on the feedback for Kyle’s other programs, we’d have our doubts. In either case though, we think you could probably find much of the same information online after a few minutes of digging, without paying a dime.

Considering this, if you’re looking for the most bang for your buck, we’d recommend making an appointment with your doctor, a professional nutritionist, or a local fitness trainer (or all three, if possible). This way, you really can create a customized weight loss/muscle building program that will give you the best results in the least amount of time.

Sure, it might cost more upfront, but it would almost certainly provide more value for your money over the long run.
