In addition, Derm Exclusive claims that all of their products use professional grade, dermatologist recommended ingredients that “target all the major signs of aging,” and that they “are rigorously tested by independent clinical labs, and are evaluated and approved by dermatologists.” In fact, they’re claimed to exfoliate 6 times better than a professional microdermabrasion, reduce visible lines and wrinkles 2 times better than a chemical peel, and brighten uneven skin tone equally as well as a photofacial.

    Very. Upset

    I ordered the introductory version for $ 39.95. I called the next day and told two People (salesperson and Manager) that my skin got red and itchy. After about 30 minutes, he told me that they were credit my account for the difference they charged me. I was charged $70.38 and was told I was upgraded to a full size Shipment. Hello? What? So finally the agent named Ivan (should that be his name) said he would credit my account for the difference. I do not have a Printer, he was going to e-mail me a shipping label, yet he would not do it. After checking my account today, I found a credit for $2.82, wow! I called the company and after three transfers, the connection was lost. I just hope my friend I gave the products to will like them, I'll let you know in a couple of weeks. it was very bad on my skin. I will try to call again, also told the manager that no more shipments are wanted. I hope that got through to them. So sorry to have to see that a famous surgeon would add his name to this product, especially reading all the other concerns on this site.

    Not Satisfied

    The packaging is terrible & customer service is even worse! The fill & freeze was shipped with a defective package and I wasn't able to get it out of the tube. I contacted customer service for a new tube, but they won't stand by their product. They continue to say that they are sorry but they can't replace it, but I can buy more. Why on earth would I want to buy another shipment of their extremely expensive product & risk a chance that I can't get it out of the tube.

    Unauthorized withdrawals from my account

    I was sent a bottle of vitamins (Collagen Renew) that I did not order nor want. It said it was a free sample. I did not see anything special in the ingredient list. The next month I received another bottle and $42.01 was withdrawn from my account! I called and canceled all the products, returned the unopened bottle and sent a letter with all the information and cancellation numbers.

    I just had another withdrawal of $29.95 from my account for this product. I called, and after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes the representative said I needed to go to the Post Office and get a tracking number. Withdrawals were unauthorized! ​

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Derm Exclusive

    I have been on the hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes today. I can not use the products. My face is very sensitive and my skin is very red. My eyes burn and I must get up at night and use baby oil to stop the itching. Your phone service is very bad and I am going to write the Better Business Bureau. I believe this is really a scam and will refuse any further order I receive.

      Hi, Do NOT refuse shipments. Because then they say you didn't have a tracking number and you don't get your money back! All things from Beachbody does this. I called 866-482-6401 with no problem.

    I love all of the products. I have used all of the products and I am pleased with the results. I have been using them for about four years. If you need to change your order, the customer service has been efficient and friendly. Give it a try!

    A disappointing return policy

    At the time of order, with clear instruction, I had 30 days to try the product! Today I learned it's too late to get credit as the 30 days passed. I was mislead in wording. Be careful, return prior to 30 days to get refund if not satisfied. Online ordering caused inconvenience, now I have to wait for next shipment and once again take time to return it, then wait for my credit until they received product back.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    The Worst Company Ever

    I ordered one 30 day supply. Found no promised results. I called the company to cancel any further shipments but was told my second one had already been shipped. I had no choice but to pay for two months ($63.00), but made it clear I wanted no more. I received a package, marked FREE Gift. When I opened it I found more product, and a bill for another TWO months ($63.00). I called again, spoke with Leo who could not assist. I requested his manager and he HUNG UP. I called back, was on hold for 20 minutes and was disconnected. I am on hold again, and will contact my lawyer next. Stay way from this company.

    I ordered this product kit based on the advertisement of the fill and freeze eye product. This product didn't work at all. After applying, a few minutes later the product became pasty and chalky looking and irritated my eyes. Perhaps it isn't for the African American woman.

      I sincerely doubt the product 'didn't work' because you are African American. It doesn't work on Caucasians either! All we have done is line the pockets of the 'doc' who uses way too much ManTan!

    I was not too happy with the Derm Exclusive. It caused my skin to be very oily and to break out. It did not show any changes like they advertised. I was put on auto ship. When I attempted to cancel, I could not get through to any human being. I was either was on hold or the phone call was dropped. Do not get this product. You are in for a HUGH financial burden and no improvements to your skin. It's a shame because I use to respect Dr Ordon in the "Doctors".

    Does not work as advertised

    This product does not work as they advertise it. The Freeze and Fill does not work at all as they advertise it. I have used the serum for 3 months and it made no difference in my sun spots or anything else.

    I originally told them I did not want to be on the auto send program but I was put on it. Called to try to stop, but they talked me into doing it longer and gave me a partial refund. But I called back 30 days later and told them to cancel and again they tried to talk me into keeping on using it, but I managed to get the message across cancel.

    Don't waste your time or money on this product.

    I specifically stated on the phone when ordering this item, that I only wanted the $30.00 introductory offer, not the extended one with $39.95 charged each month. When the package arrived, I was charged $47.44 for the first month and am to be billed $39.95 for two months after that. This is exactly what I said I did not want. I am returning the product! and will not do business with them, again.

      I am just starting using it. I checked the invoice for an email address and could not find one. The one that is on the page returns my letter and says it is not valid. But I also got charged for shipping and an added surcharge of $4.23, so my total for the $39 product is $51.13. I am thinking this is a scam. The two tubes of fill and freeze both feel just about empty.
