About Menosure

Menosure claims to be an all-natural supplement formulated to address the many symptoms of menopause, including balancing hormones and weight, reducing hot flashes and night sweats, improving libido and sexual desire, and elevating mood and reducing irritability.

And because Menosure is claimed to be perfectly balanced to soothe and control your body’s changes, and to help you avoid the risks associated with hormone replacement, this dietary supplement is claimed to “do it all” and to help you get back to your normal life.

How Does Menosure Claim to Work?

By targeting each menopausal symptom and improving your hormonal balance, Menosure is claimed to help you feel more comfortable and confident, to naturally lighten your mood, get a good night’s sleep, boost energy, and reduce bloating.

In order to accomplish this, Menosure is claimed to feature all-natural, scientifically proven ingredients, including: Soy Isoflavones, Black Cohosh, Don Quai, Licorice, Vitex Berry, Red Clover, Sage, False Unicorn, Squaw Vine, Blessed Thistle, Red Raspberry Extract and Wild Yam.

According to the supplement’s website, you should take 2 capsules of Menosure each morning, which will “work fast” to provide relief from menopause symptoms. The company also claims that Menosure will work for all women.

Menosure Pricing & Refund Policy

Menosure is priced as follows, including free shipping:

  • Menosure Challenge: $19.99
  • 1 Bottle (30-day supply): $64.99
  • 2 Bottles: $99.99

When checking out, you’ll also have the ability to order calcium & vitamin D, CoQ10, or Omega 3 supplements for $11.99 per bottle.

If you choose the Menosure Challenge option, this means you’ll receive a full size bottle and will be agreeing to a 30-day trial. After your trial has expired, you’ll be signed up for Menosure’s autoship program, which means you’ll continue receiving one bottle of the supplement every 30 days, and your credit card will be charged $57.99 each time. Likewise, if you order any of the “bonus” supplements, you’ll be sent fresh supplies every 30 days and charged accordingly.

Menosure comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, although this is not a refund policy. Instead, if you haven’t experienced any results within 60 days, the manufacturer will send you a free bottle at their expense (we’ll talk more about this in the final section). However, according Menosure’s Terms & Conditions, no refunds are honored, and your order cannot be cancelled once placed.

In order to request your free bottle or to cancel your autoship enrollment, you’ll need to contact customer service at 800-243-0955.

Can Menosure Help Ease Your Menopause Symptoms?

Although menopause is widely known as “life’s change,” when you’re going through it, it can seem more like a rollercoaster of emotion than just a simple change. But if you want relief from your menopause symptoms, is Menosure worth your hard-earned money? Consider the following:

Ingredients Breakdown

While it’s positive that the Menosure website includes a list of ingredients it contains, there is no product label provided, so you can’t be sure if this is all of its ingredients, or how much of each it contains, and whether or not this is enough to be effective. With this said, let’s see what science has to say about these ingredients:

  • Soy has been shown to help relieve menopause-related hot flashes, but has not been clinically shown to reduce other symptoms of menopause.
  • Black Cohosh has been shown to be possibly effective for modest reduction of some menopausal symptoms. However, WebMD claims that, “Most of this research is for a specific commercial black cohosh product, Remifemin. The benefits may not occur with all products that contain black cohosh.”
  • Don Quai (also known as Angelica sinensis) is claimed to be among “treatments [that] aren't recommended, either because they don't work or because they can cause dangerous effects.”
  • Vitex Berry (also known as Chaste Berry) may help with PMS symptoms, but has insufficient evidence showing it can relieve menopause symptoms.

Other than this, WebMD claims there is insufficient evidence showing that licorice, red clover, sage, false unicorn, squawvine, blessed thistle, red raspberry extract, or wild yam can reliably relieve menopause symptoms.

Satisfaction Guarantee

As we mentioned in the Pricing section, Menosure’s satisfaction guarantee doesn’t involve a refund; only a new bottle if you haven’t experienced results.

While some might consider this a step in the right direction, we have to wonder if this is simply a tactic to hang on to more of your money. After all, if one bottle doesn’t work, what’s the likelihood that a second will? And what if you find that you’re allergic to one or more of its ingredients? How would a second bottle remedy this?

Limited Customer Reviews

Finally, other than numerous affiliate reviews, Menosure is a new supplement (URL registered August 2014) that didn’t have any online reviews available at the time of our research. However, there a two 5-star customer ratings featured on the Menosure website, although we didn’t find any method of submitting a review.

However, we did learn that Menosure is manufactured by M2 Products Group, who also makes several other supplements including garcinia cambogia and probiotics. Unfortunately, the company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau, although this could be because the company’s URL was just registered in September 2014.

Bottom Line

Given that:

  • Most of Menosure’s ingredients have insufficient clinical evidence showing they’re effective at reducing menopause symptoms,
  • Menosure is a very new product (and manufactured by a very new company) without any customer reviews, and
  • There are no refunds are provided,

…it’s our opinion that Menosure’s price is out of line with any benefits you can realistically expect to achieve from using it. Instead, we would recommend speaking with your physician about more effective methods of controlling your menopause symptoms.

I ordered the Menosure and I was under the impression that it is was a 30 day trial. I tried to cancel on the 30th day but they said I had to pay $57.99 and that they charge your credit card on the 30th day. When I talked to the customer service he said that if I kept the program he would make it so that it would be $19.99 all the time. I said ok change my price but then cancel and he said they couldn't do that. Now I read that there is no money back guarantee. Learn from me, don't do it. It is a rip off.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

First of all, you always read the fine print, second I never ever sign up for auto shipping or renewal or whatever they call it. I like to keep a hand on my own credit card and control what goes on my credit card. Thirdly, this is the only product that worked on me,  not black cohos, menoquil, or estrovera. Nothing. After trying 4 or 5 products, this one worked for me.
