About Muscle Matrix Solution
Created by Ryan Hughes, the Muscle Matrix Solution is a digital training program that’s claimed to use long-term trends in “proven muscle science” to help you achieve a “rapid, all-natural, lean muscle explosion.” On top of this, Ryan claims Muscle Matrix Solution can help you accomplish this in just a few weeks while visiting the gym for 30 minutes per day, 3 times per week.
According to Ryan, the Muscle Matrix Solution contains a simple series of specific actions and powerful protocols that can add lean muscle to your arms, chest, and shoulders, and get rid of belly fat to reveal six-pack abs. All of which is centered around increasing free testosterone and growth hormone, while reducing cortisol, through a process that Ryan calls “hormonal optimization.”
Muscle Matrix Solution is guaranteed to work, while eliminating confusion and guesswork, by using a system of streaming videos and downloadable PDF guides that are easy to implement and are fully explained.
If you’re looking for an “alpha male” physique, can Muscle Matrix Solution help you get there, or is it a bunch of overblown hype? Consider the following:
Who is Ryan Hughes?
Ryan Hughes is a fitness model, fitness coach, and bodybuilding competitor who has been training executive and celebrity clients for the past 8 years. In fact, he was recently named one of NYC’s top personal trainers.
Details Behind the Muscle Matrix Solution Program
Like many similar fitness promotional videos, the Muscle Matrix Solution commercial contains a whole lot of hype that appeals to emotion, but very few concrete details. With that said, here’s what we’re told:
The Muscle Matrix Solution program helps you work out smarter, not harder, while keeping cortisol levels in check, which is accomplished using a series of high intensity, high volume workouts, each of which are under 30 minutes.
Each day, you have a 5-hour anabolic window of opportunity to maximize your muscle mass. How you work out, and what you eat and drink during this time is crucially important, which is what you’re supposed to learn in the program.
As such, Muscle Matrix Solution is claimed to focus on pre and post-workout nutrition to help you eat the right foods, and to strategically reduce your consumption of some proteins based on something called food combining.
That’s about it.
Is it Possible to Naturally Increase Free Testosterone?
Ultimately, this is the big question, as it appears that 90% of the Muscle Matrix Solution program revolves around performing specific exercises and eating specific foods that increase free testosterone, and therefore help your muscles grow.
According to WebMD, there are 6 primary methods of naturally increasing testosterone:
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- Stay active. It’s important to note that testosterone is increased after working out, although there doesn’t appear to be any correlation between the types of exercises that you do and the amount your testosterone is increased, despite what’s claimed in the Muscle Matrix Solution video.
- Control your stress levels.
- Take a good look at your medications.
- Avoid testosterone boosting supplements, because they just don’t work. Interestingly, Ryan claims that there are some supplements that can increase testosterone, which he included in his supplements guide (more about this in a moment).
In short, other than maintaining good general fitness and healthy habits, there don’t appear to be any exercises or supplements that can increase your testosterone levels, which calls most of Muscle Matrix Solutions’s claims into question.
Finally, keep in mind that by placing your order for Muscle Matrix Solution, you’ll be bound to an arbitration agreement. Ultimately, this could severely restrict your legal rights in the event of damages, including a trial by jury or becoming part of a class action lawsuit.
Customers Aren’t Talking About Muscle Matrix Solution
There weren’t any online customer reviews available for Muscle Matrix Solution at the time of our research, and limited reviews for Ryan’s company HughesFit.
One Bodybuilding.com forum thread noted that the Blast Training program (not the Muscle Matrix Solution) was very intense and provided results, although some users questioned the legitimacy of the favorable posts. However, Ryan personally responded to a couple of the posts.
HughesFit held a C- rating with the Better Business Bureau as of 5/28/15, although the location was based out of West Chester, PA, not New York, NY. One closed complaint there indicated that the reviewer felt they didn’t get their money’s worth, although the company failed to provide a response.

Can Muscle Matrix Solution Give You an Omega Body in Weeks?
Chopping to the point: Here at HighYa, we’ve reviewed many of the most popular e-book muscle building programs, including Omega Body Blueprint, and have found that they’re often based more on emotion than usable information. On top of this, what we are told about these programs is often based on outdated or discredited science, and Muscle Matrix Solution seems to be no different.
With this said, while we don’t think that you’ll get a good value for your money with Muscle Matrix Solution, you can always take advantage of the 60-day refund policy if you give it a try and are dissatisfied.
It works for me
From the time I joined the program (I thought very reasonably priced), to anytime I e-mailed him a question -- I found responses to be timely and helpful.
I'm a 55 year old male, have been active with weight training most of my life. I was in pretty good shape before I started the program, but have made nice gains since starting the program.
I followed the program workout guidelines nearly to the "T", followed the diet pretty closely and only took a few of the vitamin supplements recommended in the program.
After about 3 months I absolutely started to notice more lean muscle and less body fat. My wife and kids noticed too. After about 10 months (now summer) it's tank-top time at the gym and people have complimented my gains since last summer and even ask me for advice on training now.
By putting in the effort and adhering to the diet outline (which I think is key), I have no doubt that the Muscle Matrix program has worked for me.
Hope that helps your study. Other than joining the program I have no other affiliation with Muscle Matrix or Ryan Hughes.

Stop waisting internet space
Another jack ass guy who found the resource to make a video just talking and flapping his mouth. But he has about 10% body fat, so that validates all the bull of his secret sauce. At best, it's probably 98% rice powder and 2% truth. Do a medical bio on him and you will see he has a script for test.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I paid via credit card and received confirmation of payment receipt stating that an email would be forthcoming within 10 minutes with my user name and password. This did not happen, I received nothing. I tried the problem solving solution by referring to the payment confirmation and got nothing. So, as of now I'd have to say I'm anything but happy with this experience so far.
