About Neutratone

Neutratone is a new anti-aging treatment that’s claimed to instantly reduce fine lines, deep wrinkles, and dark spots; restore youthful, radiant skin; hydrate, plump, and firm; replenish skin with deep conditioning nutrients; and prevent future damage and signs of aging. In fact, Neutratone is claimed to be so effective that it will provide you with “dramatically different skin in just days.”

In order to accomplish this, Neutratone is claimed to represent “a dramatic breakthrough in anti-aging science” by containing 6 of the most effective anti-aging ingredients:

  • Matrixyl 3000
  • Sodium Hyaluronate
  • Coenzyme Q10
  • Swiss Apple Stem Cells
  • Retinol
  • Vitamins A, E, & C

Maybe you’ve been burned before, and you’re leery of purchasing another anti-aging product. Or, perhaps this is your first foray into the Wild West anti-aging market. In either instance, you want to know if Neutratone works, and if it’s worth the money. To answer these questions, consider the following:

Is Neutratone Really an “Anti-Aging Breakthrough?”

According to the Neutratone website, the anti-aging treatment has been clinically tested, although no citations for this are provided. The company does provide a short list of sources for some of their ingredients, although it’s important to note that just because one study shows positive results, doesn’t mean that an ingredient is clinically proven to work.

Retinol is an animal form of vitamin A that helps the human body perform a variety of biological roles, including vision, immune response, and more. In addition, topical application of retinoids can prompt “surface skin cells to turn over and die rapidly, making way for new cell growth underneath. They hamper the breakdown of collagen and thicken the deeper layer of skin where wrinkles get their start.”

Sodium hyaluronate (the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid) is listed as “possibly effective” for treating aging skin, but only when injected. However, there remains insufficient clinical evidence showing that topical application of CoQ10, or vitamins A, E, or C can provide any reliable anti-aging benefits.

Finally, Matrixyl 3000 and PhytoCellTec’s stem cells derived from Swiss apples are proprietary ingredients with manufacturer-only clinical tests to support their efficacy. In other words, there doesn’t appear to be any third-party clinical evidence showing these formulations work as advertised.

With all of this said, there isn’t a product label provided on the Neutratone website, so there’s no way to know how much of each ingredient the treatment contains.

Does Neutratone Cause Any Side Effects?

For the most part, Neutratone’s ingredients should be well tolerated by most individuals.

However, some may experience allergic reactions (redness, swelling, etc.) and digestive upset and/or nausea.

Other Anti-Aging Treatment Options

Here at HighYa, we’ve reviewed some of the most popular anti-aging treatments available, which are widely available from numerous manufacturers. And while not all of these products are created equal (or even recommended), the point is that you’ve got a lot of options from which to choose, so it’s important that you research all your options before placing your order (HighYa is a great place to start!).

Watch Out for the Arbitration

Lastly, keep in mind that by placing your Neutratone order, you’ll automatically be subject to the company’s arbitration agreement. As such, if you experience any damages from using the product, your legal rights will be severely limited, including a trial by jury or becoming part of a class action lawsuit.

Customers Feedback for Neutratone

There weren’t a whole lot of online customer reviews available for Neutratone at the time of our research, although based on 20 Amazon customer reviews, the anti-aging treatment held an average rating of 4 stars (as of 4/8/15). Interestingly, of the sixteen 4 and 5-star reviews displayed, the vast majority were posted from accounts where this was their only review, which is often an indication that they may be fake.

With this in mind, most common compliments cited positive anti-aging results and intense moisturization, while the most common complaint referenced failure to work.

From a company perspective, Neutratone is manufactured by Neutratone Products LLC based out of Uniondale, NY, although they’re not listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Neutratone Pricing & Refund Policy

Neutratone is only available through a 30-day trial for $2.99 S&H. For this, you’ll receive a 2-month supply of the product.

Then, after your trial has expired, you’ll be billed $98.95 for the full price of the treatments, and will also be enrolled in the company’s autoship program. This means you’ll continue receiving a 60-day supply of Neutratone once every 2 months, and your credit card will be billed $98.95 plus $4.95 S&H each time.

Important note: Based on our experience, free trials and autoship programs are intended to ensure you’ll end up paying full price and to loop you into recurring monthly charges. While this may not necessarily be the case with Neutratone, we often recommend avoiding products sold through these methods.

Each shipment of Neutratone comes with a 30-day refund policy, less S&H charges. In order to request a refund or cancel your autoship enrollment, you’ll need to contact customer service at 866-932-4036 for a RMA.

Can Neutratone Help You Look Younger?

Chopping to the Point: Based on what we know about Neutratone’s ingredients, it might be the case that you’ll experience at least some level of anti-aging, whether this involves fine line/wrinkle reduction, dark spot removal, or even just moisturization.

However, it’s unclear whether or not these benefits will be visible enough to provide you with a good value for your money, although you can always take advantage of Neutratone’s 30-day refund policy if you’re dissatisfied.

    Great Product For Me

I ordered their product upfront on their main website. No trial necessary, didn’t want auto-ship. Product is overall solid. I had a slight acne reaction on the first day I used it and naturally I called customer service and complained. They advised me to reduce my dosage and that did the trick. I use it once a night before bedtime, so not only does it work better on my face, but now it also lasts me 90 days instead of just 45.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Great customer service

The wife ordered a trial on my card and I saw some reviews and called the company ready to have it out with them but they were actually very nice on the phone and it is a good product. My wife still uses the anti-aging cream, and I ordered their eye cream. It took me less than a minute to do a price comparison on Google, the representative showed me that they are priced below market for all the anti-aging stuff they include in their product. My advice is that if you have questions on their trial offers, just call or email them, they are nice people.

    Wow, best cream ever!

Wow well this is clearly a very underrated product and misunderstood opportunity. The cream soaks right into my skin, leaves it feeling nice and renewed. The best thing about it is that I got to try it before deciding to pay for it. Most high end skin care makes me layout big bucks only to find out their cream doesn’t work on my skin, but not these guys. So far I love it and I intend to stay subscribed. Trials aren’t that hard, just read what you sign up for and you shouldn’t have any issues.

    Great cream, great results

I've been using this product for about a year and I've seen incredible results. I only wish I had taken a before and after photo so I could show the results .I haven't had a problem at all. As a matter of fact, I plan to order more. I had no problems with service as everything went well. I'm a real customer with real results. I guess It probably works better for some than others.

    Great Cream

    • Oceanside, NY,
    • Feb 18, 2016

My friend referred Neutratone to me, and I've been using it for six months now. It is a great product, very moisturizing, and the skin feels really healthy. They say it's a 45 day supply, but it lasts me 60 days. I'm small and petite, so I'm guessing that's why. I called them, and they were very nice to work with. They simply adjusted my subscription from 45 days to 90 days, and waived shipping on future orders.

Neutratone did nothing for my skin. I requested my money back, and they refused. Very, very unhappy. Pretty much a scam.

    No problems for me.

    • Fresno CA,
    • Feb 9, 2016

I admit that the Free Trial caption can be deceiving that is why I carefully read the terms before giving my card to purchase. I have to say that I didn't run into any surprise's or problems.

I am 46 years old. I started using the cream the first day I got it and was really happy to see results about the 3rd day. I'm only on day 10 of the trial and am happy with the improvement in my jawls, cheeks and also with the lightening of the dark spots on my face. I am still not sure if I want to commit to the product so this morning I called to cancel for now and if it continues to do well, I will call back.

Cancelling was no problem at all. The customer service rep that I talked with was very nice, not once was she rude. My order was canceled easily and a confirmation email was sent to me with a coupon if I decide to proceed after I use it a bit longer.

I don't see a scam in any way If you have read the details. in my case everything went as stated. I'm hoping that the very end result will be that my skin improves and I stay with the cream. I didn't start taking pictures until about day 4 when I saw a big change. I wish I would have taken them earlier so I could post the positive improvement.

    Scam

    • Dierks, AR,
    • Jan 27, 2016

Biggest scam I have ever seen. Ordered the 4.99 trial. Received, used once and skin was flushed and puffy within 30 minutes. I received no paper work inside the package. I did get an email and I replied and canceled, only because I had read such horrible reviews, and after it didn't work for me, and after seeing that in addition to 4.99, they also charged me 98.95. Then an additional 94.90. I then went to the bank to cancel my card. Received another shipment and returned it. I called to discuss this with customer service and was told they could not discuss it with me because, and I quote, "I am certain type of a customer, goodbye." Wow, scam all over this one.

    Scam company

I would rate them a zero but it doesn't allow. I just received the sample product and two weeks later get billed for over $90 for a product I know longer wanted. When I called to cancel my account and asked for a refund, the person hung up on me.

I'm warning you people, do not buy this product. You will be scammed like I was. When the sample shipment arrives, they give you no information on where to return or how to cancel. I could spit nails right now. Scam!

I got charged a lot for this product.

I'm not impressed with the product. It was just as the same ones I ordered before. I called to cancel and have been charged at least two more times. I do not want product and I want my money back. They did this to me before, they have stolen at least $500 from my account in total.

I feel like I'm being scammed by this company

    • Beverly Hills, CA,
    • Jan 6, 2016

I ordered this product on a site that claimed it was free, I would only pay $4.95 for S&H. I thought they were offering it as a sample to see if I liked it, so I would call them to reorder it if I liked it. To my surprise, I’ve been automatically billed $98.95 15 or so days later to my bank account. They had hidden a disclaimer that they would do that, but were not clear about it in their advertising. If I knew the true cost, I never would have ordered it. I called them to ask for a refund, but they were rude and hung up the phone on me after they said that they won't be able to. I feel like I'm being scammed by this company with false and misleading advertising. Furthermore, no changes took place on my skin after trying the sample.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
