Their customer service is terrible. I read the directions carefully but accidentally blinked the first time I tried to apply the first lash. It went flying somewhere, and after spending 20 minutes looking for it, I contacted the company to buy a replacement, and they won't sell me one? So, now I'm out $35 plus shipping before I have ever figured out how to get the damn things on. And trust me, it's not an easy 1, 2 like the video shows. Maybe they can spend less money on their crazy expensive packaging and figure out how to stock replacements. I do NOT recommend this brand of magnetic lashes.

I purchased One Two Lashes a week ago. When the package arrives, and you open the box you see a deluxe black and gold shiny case and dust bag. Impressive packaging. You can do without the packaging. That is how they get you to spend $69.00 plus for two sets of lashes. They are impossible to put on. It took hours of trying.

Taking them off, they fall apart, the hairs get bent, and they become flimsy. They suck! DO NOT waste your money or time. They are a gimmick. Sorry, you are better getting lashes at a salon or gluing them on. My drug store lashes are $3.00 and look full and amazing.

They never sent me the lashes. They sent me tons of junk email after they took my money and supposedly took my order. I called to inquire about the order which should have arrived, and they told me "Oops, it looks like we never sent it out." They didn't upgrade my shipping or offer much of an apology. Fast forward to two weeks later and still no order. Called, and they say "Oops, we didn't send it out." Then the beyond incompetent customer service guy tells me to be patient. Disastrous company. Hope they fail.

When I originally received these lashes, they were damaged, and after several emails and over a month of waiting, the company did finally send a replacement. But after wearing them a few times, it's clear that these are garbage. They are very cheaply made and look horrible close up. After wearing just a few times, the lashes are bent or falling out.

I left a negative review on their website and it has yet to appear online. I emailed them and asked why they aren't posting it, and they said they would check into it, but I never heard back. Seems to be a complete scam.

Worst customer service ever. Received faulty applicator and they refused to provide a replacement. I was told the applicator was a new addition and not necessary. Since they are now providing applicators, someone must have felt it was necessary. Additionally, if it is being included with all new orders, I should have received a workable version. Also, directions provided were only for use with the applicator. For the high cost, I would have expected better service. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have purchased.

I absolutely hate these lashes. They do not stay on, they do not lay across the lash line, and they are NOT easy to apply. The lashes are now ruined because of attempting to put on so many times. The lashes have twisted, clumped and bent. They are not a superior product in my opinion. They are so small I have lost all the right lashes, as they fall off and I cannot find them in the bathroom drawers or carpet. I am looking at their so called refund policy, however, I do think they will accept the kit with only the left side.

I will be writing negative reviews everywhere I can since their company does not answer when written to.

I bought a pair after seeing the segment on the Today Show. It finally showed up after four months waiting. I had to contact them to see why it was taking so long.

When it finally arrived, I could not get it to go on. After several attempts, I asked my husband to apply it for me. He couldn't get it to work either. I gave it several tries multiple days after watching their tutorial three times. It doesn't work.

I called to tell them it was defective and I wanted a full refund. They said ok and they'd send the refund info with return shipping label via email. That never happened, so I called to tell them I didn't get the return label as promised. They told me they changed their mind after speaking to a supervisor. What?! They then said as a one-time courtesy they'd send me another pair, the "bold" because it's longer, "easier to handle" and to do whatever I wanted with the defective pair. I told them I would rather get my refund. They didn't give me a choice. Since it was defective and useless to me, I threw it out.

Long story short, they do not honor their product or promises for a refund. You are stuck with whatever they send. The second pair did come in (arrived quicker than the first set) but does not work either. To make matters worst, they sent me an INVOICE!

By the way, it looks super fake and super difficult to apply as well. Don't waste your time or money. Deceptive practices! You have to pay to send it back, and that's not a guarantee they'd refund you. Poor customer service and empty promises. No thank you!

Don't waste your money on this product. I received mine in the mail yesterday and after hours of trying to put them on it is almost impossible, especially if your own eyelashes are extremely short, which they do not mention on the website. Save your money and buy a $3.00 pair and glue them on!

Definitely, don't waste your money. I purchased these a couple of weeks ago, and they are terrible. First of all, they do not make them in a size and shape that covers your entire eye, they only cover half your eye, the outer corner. They also do not tell you that you have to put mascara on first, so if you have short eyelashes, there's not enough natural eyelash length in between the two magnetized eyelashes to keep them on.

After you've put on your mascara and you attempt to put them on, they are almost impossible to put on correctly, because the shape is not right and they are two straight. And they're too short, horizontally. So once you get them on because they are too straight, one of the ends or both, stick up away from the lash line. Also, because they are only half length, you have your own short lashes and then these really long lashes at the outer corner, with no type of bridging between the two lengths!

I too am Canadian, and I was charged so much by Canada Post at my end, and I was really looking forward to this product. I used to have eyelash extensions, and I decided to discontinue them because my optometrist found two abrasions on my eyes and she said it could very well be from your eyelash extensions.

The other thing about this product is they are very difficult to get apart, once together, even when you follow the instructions, if you gently move them like they tell you to do, you still end up changing the shape of the lash or losing some of the lashes. They probably would have been a much better product if they had made a set of lashes that are the right length horizontally, that go across your entire eye, and weren't so long vertically, that they look ridiculous against your own natural shorter lashes.

First of all, these took well over a month to receive. They are impossible to put on and you would need glue to make them lay down correctly on your lash line. They look ridiculous and will fall off! Save your money.

OMG, I waited so long and was so ready to get them. Well, I wish I had not ordered them in the first place. They are garbage! Mine were like 1/2 inch long, if that. Super bare. I mean, if someone had these for their real lashes, they would be looking for false eyelashes. Total junk.

And the return, OMG. Make sure you keep everything because they make you jump through hoops to be able to get JUST your product money back. You, of course, eat the money lost for shipping out of the country. Just don't do it, no way!

They took a long time to arrive. Takes a long time to figure out how to put them on. The red dot that shows you which one is the bottom lash disappeared after one use. They don't look natural. Great idea but unfortunately doesn't work. Save your money. Not a good product.

Ridiculous!

The lashes are too short in width, skimpy, and too difficult to apply; nothing like the ease of application as shown on the videos. I am quite adept at applying makeup, and after multiple tries, I threw them into the trash!

Too bad. It was a good idea, but these lashes are the worst, and I will not waste any more time to even ask for a refund.

After watching several videos showing how to apply the lashes, I was unsuccessful attaching them to my eyelashes. My daughter came over and spent over a half an hour trying to apply them to my eyes but only achieved a partial attachment. Frustrated, my then 20+ daughter put them on in seconds. But she HAS beautiful eyelashes. I succumbed to the fact that not having lush eyelashes of my own to attach them to was indeed sad for me. I gave them to her, and she wears them daily and loves them.

I was so excited to try these since my lashes are very sparse and light, but this turned out to be one of the most frustrating, maddening experiences I have ever had! It was impossible to put them on correctly. I couldn't get them on in the right location, or they were sticking straight up or hanging sideways. Also, they are not curved like your natural eye, they are straight, so they stick straight out. I tried so many times and had to keep removing them and starting over that they are now a ruined mess! The lashes are bent, and one of the magnets even broke, so they are going in the trash. Boo hoo!

Stick with adhesive. Don't waste your money. They are flimsy. These commercials they show, the women must have been practicing for weeks. And who knows how many lashes they went through? Once you handle the last, it sticks together and the shape is no longer.

I thought this would be the answer to my prayers. Unfortunately, I'm almost 60 years old and too uncoordinated to use these magnetic lashes. The lashes are too straight and too stiff to conform to the contour of my eyelid. Before I could line the top lash up with my eyelid, the magnet on the bottom lash would connect with the top lash, and it would be hanging off my lashes. I could never get the two lashes to line up against my lid. Even after applying mascara to my own lashes beforehand. I tried repeatedly for a week. I have gone back to wearing my false eyelashes that I apply with glue and can line them up to the contour of my eyelid without hassle.

Unless you are prepared to wear heavy mascara and thick liner, forget about these. I wanted something to help me avoid that heavy look. The magnets are easy to spot, and I found the full set impossible to put on without the false lash easily seen. Worst money I ever spent on a cosmetic.

I do not know where to begin. The lashes become tangled once removed if you are lucky enough to get them in place. The red dot faded so that I couldn’t tell which was the bottom lash. They looked far less natural than glue on, and forget compared to eyelash extensions. They became stuck to each other and are very difficult to tease apart. And are essentially ruined once this happens as the hair gets tangled. I threw mine across the room after realizing I was going to be horribly late for a first date and had damaged my natural lashes while applying.

For the record, I often use glue on lashes and find the application and look much more attractive. This simply isn’t worth the money. I’m seeking a refund. Don’t fall for this gimmick.

Full-length magnetic lashes; so these seem like a great idea, but as someone who wears strip lashes every day, these pale in comparison. Even though I managed to apply these perfectly without too much issue, the magnets are large and very noticeable, and the lashes are slightly too long and sit really strangely (the lashes themselves are not good quality and even after the first application, individual lashes were coming out of the strip and others becoming out of place after removal).

These MIGHT be ok if you have a completely straight eyelid, but if you have a curved lid then these definitely won't work for you, as they lift in the center where there are no magnets. While One Two may be the original creators of the magnetic lash, thank goodness that Ardell has listened to feedback and created magnetic lashes with four magnets (hallelujah!) and I can't think why One Two Lash hasn't tried this after extensive feedback saying the lashes need more magnets.

It might look decent if you have a heap of eye makeup on to disguise that the strip doesn't sit properly along the lash line and hide the large magnets, but these definitely don't cut it if you want an everyday natural look.

Along with this, they made my eyes really itchy and swollen. I am not a huge fan of eyelash glue, but I wear it every day and feel only a mild discomfort in comparison.

I am on my second set of lashes, and I love them all! I wear original on casual days where I’m home, and when I’m feeling fancy, the bold full coverage. Once the bit of time it takes to find the best way to apply them, it’s easier every time. I get mine on in under a minute. These are the answer for me as I’m highly allergic to glues and lash extensions. I am a super satisfied customer! Instant glamour that can be used over and over again and easy on the budget.

So I ordered this product because I love wearing false lashes and I took a chance this might be the everyday answer. NOPE. Do NOT waste your money! I did get my money back by returning in the 30-day period, but paid $4 and change for return postage.

After 45 minutes I STILL could not get these lashes on. Then about a week later, I was at a dance competition, in a crowded room with everyone trying to use the mirror and put on traditional false lashes with glue in about 5 minutes. The biggest problem, in my opinion, is there isn't a center magnet. Once you successfully get one side clipped, it's nearly impossible to bend the lash (even if you pre-bend it before starting) to hook the other magnet.

Overall my recommendation is to invest in a good eyelash curler, a good mascara (I personally like Maybelline Falsies - I've used various ones in their falsies line and they are all great), and don't waste your time and money on these "miracle lashes."

I have now spent way too many hours trying to put these ridiculous things on, in every possible way I could imagine. I've tried using both of the applicators, I've watched the tutorial. I've spent most of my time trying to pull them apart once they have snapped together wrongly. They are impossibly fiddly. There should be a magnet in the middle to secure first, but you have to try and put one end one first - if that's even possible - they then stick out away from the eye because they are not shaped to fit an eyelash. I've just about destroyed them trying to apply them over and over again - very frustrating. I want my money back!

I ordered lashes from One Two, and after a month and many phone calls, I still don't have my lashes for $70.00, which is a lot of money for lashes. You think they would have better customer service, but I call and I'm on hold FOREVER, only to have them come back and say "Oh sorry, we can't find you." Fifteen minutes later they find me and say "Oh sorry, your order never was sent" (no kidding). This went on each week, I call they say the same thing over and over yet NO ONE makes sure the order goes through.

I have seen many other lashes with 5 stars for anywhere between $5.00 and $20.00 (I'm only waiting for these because this is what my niece wants). I don't know if I will ever get them. At 70 bucks a pop you think they would treat you better.

I bought these lashes because they said it was so easy to use. I felt pretty confident I could apply them because I have been wearing glue-on lashes for years. I wanted them so I could have a daily option.

However, they are very difficult to apply. And when they snapped in place, the edge without the magnet hung away from my lid.

I have sent the product back and am hoping for a full refund (money back guarantee is the only reason I tried them). They received my package yesterday, but have not let me know about a refund yet.

I had difficulty in applying the lashes. I tried both with my fingers and with the applicator tool. I ended up scratching my eye with the corner of the tool, and after several attempts at application, I had red, irritated eyes and pain.

When I called customer service to return the product, I told the rep about my experience. I was told that it "doesn't happen" and when I asked to speak with someone about the experience, she said that she had "passed it along."

Based on the lack of concern and the fact that I have to pay for returning the product, I would not recommend the company or their product.
