About Optima Body Wrap

The new Optima Body Wrap promises it will help you lose a few inches off your waist or firm up saggy skin on the arms and legs without dieting. They say all you need to do is wrap it around the afflicted area and you will see results in under an hour.

There is no information about the makers of Optima Body Wrap, but it is marketed by Permission Interactive, a San Diego-based company with BBB Accreditation and an A+ Rating.

How Optima Body Wrap Works

The Optima Body Wrap is all-natural non-woven cloth soaked in “powerful botanical formulas”. They suggest you measure the afflicted area, such as your waist, then apply the wrap by pressing on the skin. After 45 minutes of wearing the Optima Body Wrap, they claim your skin will be firmer, have less cellulite, and you will lose a few inches.

The Optima Body Wrap order comes with:

  • One Optima Body Wrap
  • One Optima Body Wrap “free” (additional S & H)

Optima Body Wrap Pricing and Shipping Policies

Optima Body Wrap sells for $19.95 plus $13.90 S & H for a total of $33.85. For an additional $13.90, S & H you get an additional Body Wrap, making the total $47.75. There is a money back guarantee if you return the Optima Body Wrap within 30 days, minus S & H.

Bottom Line: Does Optima Body Wrap Work?

Do we really need to spell this one out for you? Not only is the product expensive ($13.90 to ship a cloth?!) but there is little information about the product’s ingredients, no credible testimonials, and nothing about the company itself. Sure, expensive salons use “body wraps” to temporarily tighten and firm skin, but results are subjective. You will not lose anything with Optima Body Wraps but your money: N-O.

    Doesn't work

    • Savannah, GA,
    • Aug 8, 2015

I tried this and did not see a difference, and then I saw an advertisement on Facebook for 'Wrap Me Skinny With Kaytie'. So, I messaged her and purchased a different type of body wrap and saw instant results, I then ordered from her website (found on her Facebook page). I was upset that I spent money on this for nothing.

I do not recommend spending the money on this brand.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Rip Off/Scam

    • Jul 6, 2015

I've been using the It Works Body Wraps for a couple of years. When I saw this I wanted to compare. There is no comparison. What a waste of money. This company tried to copy of a great product and failed miserably. Sticking with my tried and true product IT Works Crazy Wrap.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Same results with plastic cling wrap

    • Kansas City, MO,
    • Jun 30, 2015

It's temporary weight loss. Of course you're going to lose weight It's from sweating, but eventually it comes back once you start drinking water.

If you want to try it, save your money and go wrap your belly up in some plastic cling wrap. Same end results.

Senior says seran wrap gets the same results.

    • Jun 18, 2015

Back in the 1960s, if we needed to loose a few inches of water weight to fit into our Prom Dress, Wedding Dress or the guys needed to fit into their Tux for same, we just wrapped each other in Saran Wrap and had a party. We all got together at someone's house and either laid in the sun or under sun lamps and sweated off a few inches of water weight. We bought Hugh rolls of Saran Wrap from the Restaurant Supply House. Sorry to tell you this, but your product isn't worth the price of postage.

Didn't lose any inches. Product and call center seems like a scam. They do not even list the ingredients before you purchase.

      Macy Hill

I had the same problem. NO inch loss at all. Then I saw an ad on Facebook for "wrap me skinny with Kaytie" and got another type of wrap from her and it worked! I was also able to see the ingredients from all of her products on her website. It should have been a red flag when I ordered from this company.
