I ordered the trial of ProbioSlim and saw my account debited right away for $2.99. But what also made me suspicious was beside the charge on my bank statement, it also said "waiting for final amount from merchant". Why would it need to do that if it was indeed only $2.99?

Then I stumbled upon this page where I started reading all of your reviews. How I was going to keep getting ProbioSlim and be charged for it after the trial period, without my knowledge or consent. How sneaky. So I called the phone number provided and asked to cancel. The gentleman asked me why I wanted to cancel. I was honest and told him that I was reading on a website that the Company keeps charging after the trial period and sending product, without the customer consent or knowledge, and I didn't want this to happen to me. He then said, ok, you've been canceled. Ha, no arguments what so ever.

I asked for a refund of my $2.99, but he told me my trial of the product had already been sent out to me, so that was not an option. I can live with knowing I made a $2.99 mistake. I want to thank you all for potentially saving me hundreds of dollars.

I never read anywhere on the ProbioSlim website that I was joining a membership, and the product would continue to be sent to me and billed to my account. They should be put out of business for cheating people, and being deceptive.

Beware of this "free trial" and the details of their autoship program.

They offer a 14-day trial. But the 14 days starts the day you place the order, NOT the day the product arrives. By the time my product arrived, I had about 4 days to evaluate and decide whether to keep or cancel? That's ridiculous.

But it gets better. They then charged me $79 and shipped out more product. I called and canceled, and returned the second shipment of product. But the $79 was never refunded.

Turns out, that as part of their "14-day trial offer," they send you 30 days worth of product. So if you don't return THAT (the trial product), they charge you for that!

Strangely, if you say you want to cancel your membership, they are suddenly able to cut 75% off the cost of the product! Which just makes their customers feel like suckers for having paid the higher price.

In short, this company is terrible. They are sneaky, manipulative and dishonest. I hope they get sued and taken for everything.

I didn't get a chance to formulate an opinion on the actual product. That's how bad the company was.

I ordered the free trial and have not received the trial, however, my credit card has been charged $108.33 and I have no product.

I have tried to ring the number and it has a recording stating to phone back in office hours. This is the number for Australia.

I have tried various times of the day to phone this company without success, they have no email address.

I have reported the transaction to my bank as fraud.

This product didn't work for me and I have been unable to contact them to cancel. The result is that they are deducting over $100AUD from my account on a monthly basis and I don't know what to do other than report it as a scam and close my bank account.

The contact number they provide for Australia has a recording saying phone back during office hours, that's despite whatever time you phone, day or night.

I suggest you avoid this con and then you won't get ripped off like I did.

I saw the advertisement online and wanted to try it. I got it but it's not working. I'm not losing weight and I'm still gassy. I was charged a fee out of my account that I never authorized so I went back and looked at the ad and never saw that you can cancel anytime. I've called them, plus my bank. I'm calling my bank again in the morning and going to dispute the charges. I will also call the number again that I've found on the leaflet that came with the product and talk with them as well tomorrow. Do not buy this product.

I was taken in by the advertising and ordered a sample where I only paid shipping. Two weeks later I have a charge on by bank account for $74.98 for something I did not approve or order.

I called their number and requested to have the charge removed. "Customer Service" offered to immediately refund 60% and let me keep the product. I said that I did not want the product. I was then told to repackage it upon receipt and take it to the post office to re-ship. Once they receive the product then and only then would they refund the charge.

Your product must be pretty weak if you have to run a scam to sell it.

Asked for the 14 day trial bottle and paid shipping charges. However, I received two charges on 02/06/2016 and 02/08/2016 for $74.98 without my consent. And on top of it, I don't want the product. Credit card now has a balance of $150.00 Have NO WAY to contact the company. What does this tell you? May not be a legit business. No contact information on the bottle as well.

The product was not agreeing with me and I called to cancel and they would not cancel it for me. They said they would put my account on hold and they couldn't charge my account until it was off hold and they would call first before they charged my bank. Well, guess what? They took money out of my bank today without calling. I have a bill due in two days that is an automatic withdrawal and the money is not there now.

I called Probioslim to report what happened and spoke with Tyler. He told me that the first person I talked with should not have told me they would call because they don't. Then Tyler said I could have a refund but it would only be 60% of what I was charged. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager and he put me on hold. I believe he came back on the line telling me his name was Chris. I told him he sounded a lot like Tyler and the phone went silent. I held on and finally he said that he had taken care of me and I would get a full refund in two to three days. My bill is due in two days. I told him it had better be in the bank tomorrow or they were getting a bill for the service charge. He continued to try to make a fool out of me that I would have my money back in three days at the latest. I told him that would be too late and it had better be in there tomorrow and he said it will be returned. I told him if it wasn't that I would be calling back.

Missouri's Attorney General will be hearing about this and very soon. Do not trust Probioslim. Buy it at GNC if you really want it.

I ordered free sample plus ordered a 30-day bottle at the same time. It gives me such a bad tummy ache that I can't take it. I got the double whammy when they took 74.98 from my checking account. When I called them they say it's supposed to cause me stomach pain? Why would I want to put myself through more pain? Am I glutton for punishment? They did refund me 41.99 but refuse to refund the rest. Now the only pain I have is knowing that I ordered this product in the first place.

I ordered this as a one time deal through Walmart and really love the results during the last two weeks. I feel better and lost seven pounds. I plan to continue to use because I'm tired of haing digestion issues and it has helped me tremendously. Thank you ProbioSlim.

I ordered the trial but didn't start taking the product until I read some reviews. After reading all of this on here, I will not start taking this product ever. I would like to add that you should get a visa gift card to order things like this instead of putting it on your credit card. This way if you don't like the product, they wont be able to bill you for anything else. They are one time use cards so once you spend all the money on the card, they wont be able to bill you for anything else later. This is the only way my family makes online purchases. This also helps with people somehow getting your credit card info since it's just a gift card. So once you spend all the money on the card, it won't matter who gets the card number.
