About Realized Nootropics

Realized Nootropics claims to be a “balanced brain” dietary supplement that uses 14 synergistic, all-natural ingredients to help optimize memory and recall, replenish brain function and health, generate mental energy, increase focus and concentration, and reduce oxidative stress. As such, Realized Nootropics is claimed to be designed to help you retain information, perform regular tasks better, and boost your focus. In other words, to make you more productive.

To accomplish this, Realized Nootropics’ ingredients are claimed to cause three biological changes to occur:

  1. Replenish vital nutrients and amino acids that boost your body’s production of key neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine & GABA.
  2. Provide a healthy does of nutrients that can help improve blood flow to your brain, reduce the effects of stress, increase relaxation, and calm your mind.
  3. Deliver powerful anti-oxidants that can help prevent free radical damage and provide other neuroprotective benefits.

Sure, this all sounds great, but let’s cut to the chase. You’re here because you want something that will help you think more clearly, get more done, and basically just “rock out” and be awesome during the day, while the competition eats your dust. So can Realized Nootropics help you get there, and is it worth your money? Let’s find out.

How Are Realized Nootropics’ Ingredients Claimed To Work? Do They Deliver?

When it comes down to it, some of Realized Nootropics’ ingredients have been shown to provide certain benefits in very specific circumstances. This includes huperzine and vinpocetine for mental decline in Alzheimer’s patients, Bacopa Monnieri for memory when using specific extracts (KeenMind; BacoMind), phosphatidylserine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine for age-related mental decline, and L-tyrosine for improving alertness related to lack of sleep.

However, there is insufficient clinical evidence within the scientific community showing that Alpha-GPC, forskolin, artichoke extract, pterostilbene, vitamin B6, L-theanine, oat straw, and L-Phenylalanine can reliably improve brain function or prevent memory loss in otherwise healthy brains.

Important note: In our opinion, the fact that Realized Nootropics included forskolin in their formulation offers a great deal of insight into the level of clinical evidence they require for each of their ingredients. This is because, as we mentioned in our Great Forskolin Hoax article, the evidence showing that elevated cAMP levels can help weight loss is small at best, and the peer-reviewed clinical evidence within the scientific community showing it can help boost brain function is somewhere very near zero.

Although we’re not advised how their product was formulated, who it was formulated by, or where its ingredients are sourced from, Realized Nootropics claims that their supplement has no reported side effects, and that the ingredients it contains “have been thoroughly researched and documented with no known material side effects.” According to WebMD though, while most of Realized Nootropics’ ingredients are considered generally safe, they note that huperzine and forskolin shouldn’t be used by individuals with heart conditions, bacopa shouldn’t be used for more than 12 weeks at a time, and l-theanine shouldn’t be used for more than 3 weeks.

What Are Other Consumers Saying About Realized Nootropics?

Realized Nootropics has only recently started marketing its supplements, so there were no online customer reviews available at the time of our research. However, we did find a couple apparently fake reviews posted on free article websites.

We did find out that Realized Nootropics is a division of All-Organic Marketing Ltd. based out of Alberta, Canada. The company holds an A- Better Business Bureau rating (as of 11/20/14) with no complaints. However, it shows that the BBB just opened a file for the company in May 2014.

Realized Nootropics Pricing, Refund Policy, & Other Important Information

Each bottle of Realized Nootropics contains 30 capsules, which are enough for about 15 days, and is priced as follows:

  • 1-Month Supply (2 bottles): $50
  • 3-Month Supply: $160 (Yep, you read that right! You’ll pay $10 more for a 3-month supply than if you purchased three 1-month supplies individually)
  • 14-Day Trial: $2.95

Regardless of which option you choose, your order will include free shipping.

If you opt for the 14-day trial (which always raise a red flag for us), you’ll receive a 30-day supply of Realized Nootropics, and it will begin from the date your order is placed. If you fail to cancel your trial by the 14th day, you’ll be charged $9.95 for your 2 bottles. Then, you’ll also be enrolled in the company’s autoship program, which means you’ll continue receiving a fresh supply of the supplement once per month, and your credit card will be charged each time.

According to the Realized Nootropics website, you’re guaranteed to experience “impressive results” within 90 days, or your money back, less S&H charges. However, keep in mind that this only applies to your first bottle, and you must return any unused product at your expense. Also, according to the Realized Nootropics Terms & Condition, any subsequent bottles must be returned unopened in order to qualify for a full refund.

To request a refund or to cancel your trial/autoship program, you’ll need to call 855-530-6884 or fill out the Refund Request Form on the company’s website.

More About Free Trials & Autoship Programs

As we’ve mentioned many times and as numerous HighYa reviewers have noted, free trials and autoship programs are often more about getting as much money from you as possible, and less about providing any kind of convenience. Admittedly, this is a common practice within the nutritional supplements industry, although many of the top manufacturers don’t engage in this business model.

Can Realized Nootropics Help You Be Awesome?

Chopping to the Point: While Realized Nootropics may help provide some level of neurodegenerative benefits, according to WebMD, most of its ingredients lack sufficient clinical evidence showing that they can provide otherwise healthy brains with all the benefits it claims.

On top of this, the supplement is a very new product with no customer feedback. Because of this, we might recommend speaking with your physician about other effective methods of creating a healthier brain before placing your Realized Nootropics order.

A great product that really works

I've been using Realized Nootropics for over 3 months now. I take them pretty much every other day. They do work just as efficient as all their other competitors offering nootropics do. I am very satisfied with their synergistic recipe. Like I've said in other reviews, their formula works for me due to other certain ingredients being left out that have negative effects on my cognition that other nootropic companies have in them. Realized Nootropics helps me clearly focus on the tasks at hand. It also helps with physical exercise or labor by increasing my energy output. This article claims that there is no consumer reviews but this is not true as I have already created a topic on bulletproof forum about this product. On top of that, you can search YouTube (Realized Nootropics) where my other review can be found.

I've tried many nootropics in the past 3 years, and some work and some not so much with nasty side effects. I have not experienced any negative side effects from taking the Realized Nootropics formula.

This is clearly a very effective product. Happy nootropic journey to all!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
