So you purchase an item, the size does not fit. What is the difference on the return if it's a regular price or a sale price? I'll take a credit, don't even want the money back! Shouldn't the bottom line be good customer service? I bought a size small dress for a gift, the recipient swims in it, it's way too big. The tag is still ON it. I did not check neck, waste, length. Who had time for that? We order online because we don't have enough time.

When I order from Macy's or Nordstrom's I don't have this problem AT ALL for the fittings or returns. I purchased several other items from Red Dress Boutique and this is the only one that does not fit and they will not allow it to be returned. I am returning the other items I've purchased because of the principle. I will not order SALE OR REGULAR PRICED items from this company again,

To begin with, I think this is a horrible company.

So they are very trendy, but Diana, the owner, is all money hungry and customer service is not her number one priority, money is. Seriously, if you like their clothes, or home deco, first try to Google it. I bet you will be able to find it somewhere cheaper.

Ever since they got on Shark Tank they talked about their "margins being high," and how they have grown the company very quickly. However, prior to their success, they had posted about how they wanted their dresses to be affordable and less than $50.00. Since their success, most of their items are over $50.00. You are no longer a person, but a number in their books or shall I say a $ than a number.

I recently saw a pillow that was cute, and Google it and guess what I found? I found the same pillow but instead of $42.00 it was $14.99. So when I told other girls online what a rip-off The Red Dress is, my comment got removed, and I am not able to comment anymore. They didn't address the issue, but tried to cover up. If you want a real company, and not one that started from someone's house, then I suggest you go else where. I have seen the same dress on other boutiques for a lot less.

Also, in previous past experience their dress are not true size. A size small could mean extra small or medium depending on the brand. So bottom line, go to your local boutique, where they have the same brands like: Just Me, San Joy, Everly, and get the same dresses but cheaper.

I bought a pair of shoes online that I thought were adorable. When I got my shoes a week later, the fit was awful, and the shoes did not look like the picture online. The quality of the shoes was awful; I have seen better quality at discount stores. When wanting to write a review for the shoes, I did not see a place where I could write one. I paid $6 to ship them to me; the shoes are $22. Now to return them, I have to pay another $5. Shipping and returning these shoes has cost me half of the value of the shoe. Instead of buying from this shop look elsewhere.

This business is a flat out scam. We bought three dresses with "free returns" written all over the website. They shipped low-quality items straight from China and then try to charge hundreds for shipping. When we complained - they changed the website instead of helping us. Avoid this business!

So I have been following some on the "RD babes/influencers" on Instagram and to be honest most of the stuff on the website seems so generic but I finally saw a really cute romper on several bloggers so decided to just go for it and might as well order a summer dress at the same time. I wasn’t expecting high-end quality but I also wasn’t expecting the garbage it was. The quality of the material is trash, the colors were NOT as vibrant as pictures show, not even close. One of the items was a bright coral but came looking more like a dull rusty orange (UGLY)! In addition to this, the owner Diana seems like a total narcissist, just watch her Instagram stories. She has a long rant about Amazon not cracking down on Chinese companies who sell things that resemble hers but the funny part is both my items say made in China, she claims stuff is made here but even when she was showing samples of materials they were pasted to something with Chinese writing, lol. On top of this I found it ironic that she’s complaining about her so-called designs being copied when on several occasions her "models" even say during the try-on sessions "this red dress number is a (insert top designer name) dupe", ummm hello! Hypocritical much? So what did I learn from this purchase? 1.) Spend extra for better quality or 2.) If I’m going for less expensive NEVER order online and especially not from Red Dress Boutique.

Sizing chart is way out of wack, and if you use a coupon code on your order you can only get store credit. No thank you! A coupon should not impact the way I return something. Don’t shop here.

I ordered a dress in May, I wore it one time and all the lace ripped at the seams. I sent an email through their website last month - no response.

I ordered another dress, haven't worn it yet, hoping for better quality.

I bought a cardigan advertised as 55 cotton, 45 acrylic.

I received said cardigan, not at all like the quality on the pic and it was 70 acrylic with nylon.

Thin staticky mess. I bought it after seeing it on an influencer who I respect that gushed over it. Maybe they had sent her the quality one and the knock offs are for the rest of us.

So disappointed.

I made a purchase and after the 2 to 3 business days advertised for shipping, I reached out and asked for an estimated date. I was told to cancel my initial shipping and pay for higher shipping and then they would guarantee my item. Yet no item after 2 weeks. For 2 weeks I've reached out again only to be told to wait. They sent me a shipping number 4 days ago that is nowhere to be found. I live in North Florida and this item is in Georgia.

I wish I would have read the reviews and I recommend everyone do so also. For the people who have been scammed by this company, I advise you to go to the Better Business Bureau.

Despite their shipping policy stating orders will be shipped within 1-3 days, the first order I placed did not ship for 9 days. It has been 15 days since I placed the second order and the item has still not been shipped. In addition to that, I emailed customer service two times; there was no response to the first email and it took 6 days to receive a response to the second email.

Clearly, their shipping and customer service are horrible! All buyers should be beware if they want to get their items in a timely manner or receive any semblance of customer service. I would think in today’s era of businesses struggling that boutiques like Red Dress would do everything possible to create a great customer experience. There are tons of online boutiques out there who ship very quickly and respond very quickly if you contact customer service. I will be giving my business to those boutiques and will never again shop at Red Dress, a company that clearly does not appreciate its customers.

I have made numerous purchases over the past several years and at first, the clothing was decent and true to size. Over the years I noticed the clothes were getting smaller (no I was not gaining weight, I was actually losing weight).

After a few purchases where the clothing was way too small, I decided to start sizing up. This didn’t work. My most recent purchase was absolutely ridiculous. I bought a dress that I sized up in and it was basically a shirt, it didn’t cover my butt at all. Seriously a waste of money. It was over $50. That was the last purchase I’ll ever make from there. They have the cutest clothes but it’s a darn shame you have to be the size of a pencil to fit into their clothing.

The sad thing is, from following the owner over the past few years, she’s all about women and supporting other women, yet her clothing doesn’t model that at all. If you look at their models not a single one is a normal or average-sized woman. I’m an extremely active person and am by no means overweight but her clothing makes you feel like you’re ten times bigger than you actually are.

So sad but I will never buy another thing from them or recommend this boutique to anyone.
