About Revivasol

Have you recently been asked to complete an online survey, where you’ll receive a free sample of Revivasol after it’s complete? If so, it probably seemed really, really tempting, since the product is claimed to use a unique blend of copper and zinc chlorophyllin antioxidants to provide you with radiant, rejuvenated, more youthful-looking skin. After all, who could say no to looking 10 years younger?

We’ll admit that Revivasol’s sales pitch is spot on, but is it accurate? Let’s take a look.

Quick Facts About Revivasol

At it’s most basic, Revivasol claims to include copper and zinc chlorophyllin antioxidants, which help to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots; to improve skin imperfections; and tighten pores. In an apparent attempt to back up these claims, the chart on the top of the Revivasol home page appears to show that Revivasol increases hyaluronic acid synthesis by 267%, collagen IV synthesis by 327%, and overall collagen synthesis by 117%.

In order to begin experiencing these benefits, the makers of Revivasol claim that it works over three steps:

  1. Wash and dry your face.
  2. Apply Revivasol.
  3. Allow time to absorb. Apply twice daily.

According to the product’s website, Revivasol is fragrance-free and formulated for all skin types.

Revivasol Pricing & Refund Policy

Revivasol is only available directly through the manufacturer, and only as an 18-day trial. This means you’ll initially pay $4.95 to begin, and will then be charged $89.95 after the original 18 days have passed. Then, every 30 days thereafter, you’ll be shipped a new bottle of Revivasol, and your credit card will be charged $89.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling each time.

To change or cancel your autoship program, you’ll need to contact customer service at 888-978-6309.

What Do Other Consumers Have to Say About Revivasol?

Revivasol is manufactured by Radiant Creations based out of Palm Beach, FL. The company holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, with 11 closed complaints over the past three years. Interestingly, Revivasol (the product) is also listed with the BBB, and shows nine closed complaints.

Even more interesting is the fact that, although the company’s website was first registered in September 2012, all complaints regarding the company/product have been filed since February 2014, and nearly all of these complaints reference difficulties with the company’s free trial.

Outside of the Better Business Bureau, online customer reviews regarding Revivasol are almost wholly negative, including extremely poor customer service and difficulties obtaining a refund.

What’s the Bottom Line About Revivasol?

It’s not often that we say this, but in the instance of Revivasol, we wouldn’t recommend purchasing it under any circumstances. Here’s why:

First, despite the fancy-looking graphic at the top of the home page, the Revivasol website provides zero clinical evidence proving that any of its claims are true. In fact, you won’t find an ingredients list or product label anywhere, which is especially disconcerting considering the fact that this is something you’ll be putting on your skin.

Second, the Revivasol website is formatted almost identical to similar products such as AuraVie Skincare, Dellure Collagen, and Nuvie Skin Care, all of which have almost wholly negative customer reviews. Whether or not this is an extreme coincidence—or if these companies are somehow related—we’re not sure, but it does raise a big red flag. On top of this, the before and after pictures featured on the website are clearly the exact same picture, with the “after” picture artificially lightened.

Next, free trials like the one offered through Revivasol are almost always intended to get you in the door, but then to make the cancellation process as difficult as possible. In fact, the number one complaint we encountered during our research cited difficulties with this free trial, and all online customer reviews were almost completely negative, which explains the company’s F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Finally, as with the other beauty products mentioned above, Revivasol comes with an extraordinarily high price; one that is almost certainly far out of line with the benefits it provides.

    Scam

    • Fort Gratiot, MI,
    • Oct 2, 2015

How can this company get away with scamming the public? I sent for the samples and instead received two regular products of Revivasol plus a Luminant cream. My credit card was charged over $ 200.00. I called to complain, but got no where. A real rip off and I don't like the products. Can't something be done to stop this company?
