In order to accomplish this, RightSize Smoothies are claimed to contain a “hunger-smashing” blend of high fiber and protein, which are digested slowly by your body, helping you to feel fuller and maintain your energy. RightSize shakes are also claimed to have a low glycemic index, which can help reduce your temptation for high-calorie foods.

How to Use RightSize Smoothies

In order to begin losing weight with RightSize, you should replace breakfast and dinner with their smoothies, eat a sensible dinner, and exercise 3 times per week. The smoothies are claimed to be simple and convenient to make, and only take a few minutes from start to finish.

First, you’ll need to pour 8 oz. of fat-free milk into your RightSize shaker bottle. Then, add one scoop of powdered mix to the milk. Finally, you’ll need to shake well and enjoy.

RightSize Smoothies are claimed to contain more protein than 21 cups of spinach and as much fiber as 6 cups of kale, and to come in Cocoa Bean, Leano Cappuccino, Skinni Vanilli, and Slenda Berry flavors. The RightSize website also features 100 different recipes that can be made with the smoothie mix, so that you won’t get bored with the same flavor. While there, you’ll also find several different weight loss tools, including a calorie/BMI counter, exercise chart, as well as diet and exercise tips.

All RightSize products come with a 30-day refund policy, less S&H charges. In order to initiate the refund process or to un-enroll from the autoship program, you’ll need to contact customer service at 888-217-5259.

Important note: RightSize canisters are also sold at CVS stores (as well as online), which are often priced much lower than directly through the manufacturer.

What Do Other Customers Have to Say About RightSize?

Taking a look at RightSize Smoothie customer reviews on websites such as ConsumerAffairs.com, Amazon.com, DietSpotlight.com, and CVS.com, the weight loss smoothies appear to have a lower than average reputation, with some of the most common complaints citing difficulty processing returns/cancelling autoship enrollment (e.g. shipments and charges continued even after contacting customer service several times, rude representatives, etc.), multiple unexplained credit card charges, and failure to work (did not lose weight, did not curb appetite, does not fill you up for very long, etc.).

On the other hand, many consumers claimed that RightSize helped them to effectively helped to lose weight (we’ll talk more about this next), and that the flavors are very good.

Can RightSize Smoothies Help You Lose 18 Pounds in 90 Days?

If you’ve been trying to lose weight, you already know that the weight loss industry is rife with marketing hype, especially among nutritional supplements. But is this the case with RightSize, and can their smoothies really help you lose up to 18 pounds in 12 weeks? Consider the following:

Healthy Weight Loss

According to WebMD, “You can safely lose 3 or more pounds a week at home with a healthy diet and lots of exercise,” which means that the weight loss advertised by RightSize could be considered perfectly safe. However, the article goes on to mention that “if you take in 1,050 to 1,200 calories a day, and exercise for one hour per day, you could lose 3-5 pounds in the first week, or more if you weigh more than 250 pounds. It's very important not to cut calories any further -- that's dangerous.”

This is important, because you’ll be cutting out 2 full meals per day when using RightSize Smoothies, which could potentially lead to dangerously low caloric intake. Because of this, it’s important that you discuss RightSize Smoothies (or any other weight loss supplement) with your physician prior to beginning.

A Long Term Solution?

Next, unless you plan on purchasing RightSize canisters well into the foreseeable future (which could quickly become expensive), keep in mind that these smoothies should not be considered a long-term solution to weight loss. Instead, since the only effective method of maintaining weight loss is through regular exercise and a healthy diet, you’ll need to change your eating habits and commitment to a certain level of physical activity.

Keep Your Expectations Realistic

Admittedly, by claiming that you’ll lose up to 3 pounds per week, the RightSize website does a good job of keeping expectations realistic.

However, every person’s body will react to RightSize Smoothies differently, which means that some individuals will experience more weight loss than others. In fact, some may not experience any benefits at all, as many customers seem to have found out based on their online reviews.

Bottom line:

As long as you’re ready to commit to eating less calories and exercising regularly, RightSize Smoothies may be an effective method of helping you to lose a healthy amount of weight. Just remember that only by permanently changing your eating habits and committing to regular exercise will you be able to maintain your weight loss.
