Sinuprex is an all-natural supplement that claims to promote healthy nasal passages and sinuses, while supporting immune system health, by helping to sweep thick, infected mucous out of your body. How does it does this?
According to the manufacturer, Sinuprex combines four proprietary blends of “powerful” herbs, targeted probiotics, and other clinically researched ingredients that can break up mucous, support nasal microflora balance, alleviate sinus pressure and pain, and more. Perhaps best of all, Sinuprex promises to work immediately and to provide 24-hour relief.
Worried about side effects? Sinuprex’s manufacturer claims their formula is all natural and safe, and that it can be taken by anyone (after speaking with your doctor, of course).
Millions of us suffer from regular sinus problems, whether due to allergies, environmental contaminants, genetics, or hundreds of other causes. Regardless what’s causing your sinus problems, can you really expect Sinuprex’s ingredients to deliver results? We’ll help you make a more informed decision here.
What Causes Nasal Congestion & Sinus Problems?
Within your noggin, you have eight different sinus cavities, which are hollow spaces that produce mucous. In turn, this mucous keeps your nose moist and captures dust, allergens, and other environmental pollutants before they can make their way into your body and cause harm.
Sometimes, however, this process doesn’t work as it should, whether due to allergies, sinus sensitivity (to things like tobacco smoke, air pollution, etc.), illness, and more. In turn, this mucous can thicken and cause blockages, swelling, and general discomfort.
As you can see, there are dozens of different causes of sinus problems, but Sinuprex claims its ingredients can address them all. Can they, though?
What Ingredients Are Found In Sinuprex?
Sinuprex contains four different proprietary blends:
- Allergic/Rhinitis Blend – Butterbur Extract, Stinging Nettle Root Extract, Bromelain, Quercetin, and N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine
- Probiotic Blend – There weren’t any probiotic strains are listed on the Sinuprex website. However, probiotics in general are thought to help boost immune function, which could feasibly help prevent sinus infections. Outside of this, however, there’s no evidence showing that probiotics can directly affect sinus mucous, pressure, or infection.
- Pain & Inflammation Blend – Turmeric Extract, Bromelain, Quercetin, White Willow Bark Extract, and Boswellia Extract
- Immune Support Blend – Vitamin D3, Zinc, Selenium, N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, Echinacea Purpurea Extract, Ashwagandha Extract, Elderberry Extract, and Panax Ginseng Extract
The manufacturer claims you should take 2 AM tablets and 1 PM capsule (about 30 minutes after dinner) for the first 10 days. After experiencing “dramatic relief,” you can reduce the AM dose to 1 tablet.
Will any of these ingredients work? Butterbur may be useful for reducing symptoms of hay fever caused by grass pollen, while turmeric may be effective for reducing itching related to long-term kidney disease. Willow bark contains a chemical called salicin that works similar to aspirin to reducing mild pain.
Outside of these, there isn’t enough clinical evidence showing that any of Sinuprex’s ingredients can reduce nasal congestion in any way.
Will Sinuprex Cause Any Side Effects?
Some of Sinuprex’s ingredients may cause mild digestive upset, although most users will likely not experience anything at all. However, according to WebMD:
“Some butterbur products may contain pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), and that’s the major safety concern. PAs can damage the liver, lungs, and blood circulation, and possibly cause cancer. Butterbur products that contain pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs) are UNSAFE when taken by mouth or applied to broken skin.”

Are There Any Online Sinuprex Customer Reviews?
Despite the fact that Sinuprex’s website was first registered in 2011 (and hasn’t changed since release), we didn’t come across any online reviews for the supplement at the time of our research.
We did learn that Sinuprex is manufactured by Nu Era Labs LLC based out of Lakewood, NJ. The company had an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, based on only 16 closed complaints (the concern is that the company failed to respond to 13 of these complaints), nearly all of which referenced difficulty obtaining refunds, while one customer claimed their order was never sent, even after payment was processed.
Is Sinuprex All-Natural Nasal Decongestant a Scam?
Regardless of where you look on the supplement’s website, it seems like Sinuprex’s manufacturer gets a lot of biology basics completely wrong.
For example, in conjunction with mucous, the cilia in your nasal cavities work to remove particulate matter from the air you breathe. However, they don’t “sweep out mucous,” as claimed by the company.
Elsewhere on their site, we’re told that “the targeted probiotic blend re-populates mucus with friendly bacteria.” As you’ll learn in our Priobiotics Buyer’s Guide, though, probiotics only affect the bacteria in your gut—and even if you could squirt them up your nose, there’s no clinical evidence showing they’ll provide any of the benefits claimed by the company.
On top of this, there are dozens upon dozens of over-the-counter nasal decongestants available at your local pharmacy, nearly all of which are priced less (up to 80% less!) than Sinuprex.
Given the clinically unsubstantiated ingredients, poor company customer reputation, and completely wrong claims on their website, we might recommend speaking with your doctor instead of ordering Sinuprex.

NOT a scam!
I bought Sinuprex for my severely handicapped 22-year-old son. He has been suffering from sinus infections for a while now. He has been diagnosed with chronic sinus infections and the doctors wanted to do surgery, which is not an option because enduring another surgery would put him on Life support.
We have been blessed to have Branden in our lives for 22 years. I saw Sinuprex and thought I would try it for him. Months of NOT being able to get the thick greenish/yellow secretions out, I gave it to him.
After just 12 days of being on it, my Branden can breathe again and sleep through the night without being all congested and his oxygen levels up again. I believe this was the miracle I have been looking for. I want to get more!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

What's up with not being able to order TRIAL OFFER
I was going to give this product a try, especially after watching your 10 minute video, and seeing posted all over it and your order forms that a $49.95 monthly trial offer is available, but your order forms offer no such thing. I have been scammed enough to know that a better order processing with what you are offering and what I am ordering is clear. Your order form is not, I can not find a contact number or address, even at your CONTACT US link. Such a shame that if it does actually work, you are scaring away customers with a $450.00 order.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

STAY AWAY. This is a scam company. Will only sell auto-ship so they can reel you in. I wanted to try it with a small order and they refused. They want to sell you auto-ship and bill you every month, and if you don't want it, have fun trying to get them to answer you call and get your money back. Only a matter of time before the Feds come in and close this business down and start arresting people.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
