I placed an order with Tbdress on 9/4/16 for a homecoming dress. 2 days later, I placed another order with another company for another dress. Within hours I had shipping info on the 2nd dress I had ordered & 3 days later received that dress. Curious as to shipping info on my Tbdress order, I emailed the company (because there really is no other way to contact them) & I was told the dress would ship around 9/17/16.

I immediately responded to them to cancel my order for a full refund stating that processing time was excessive & would not get me the dress in time for my event. Tbdress ("Lucy") replied that I would only get my shipping cost refunded according to their cancellation policy. This cancellation policy she speaks of is for a made to order dress. I just bought a standard size.

On a side note, I have since found this identical dress on 3 other dress websites. It is not made to order. Anyways, after bantering back & forth with them via email 5-6 times, making 5 requests for them to cancel the order for a full refund since the dress was still sitting in a warehouse, I decided to protect myself & dispute charges with PayPal & my credit card company. I have since received 3 angry emails from "Sarah" at Tbdress asking me to close the disputes.

Another Sidenote: they can lose Paypal privileges with such complaints so complain away people. This is the only way this company can be stopped. "Sarah" promised a full refund if I would close the disputes. They messed with the wrong consumer. I will NOT close the disputes. Even if it means losing the purchase amount. They can't be trusted. I told her to provide me with a case # and their word in writing that I would get a full refund. I explained to her that I would provide that written agreement to my credit card company & would consult with them whether or not to close my dispute (knowing they would not give me anything in writing because they are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY!) She went as far as threatening me that my credit report would be adversely affected because of the dispute against their company. Needless to say, I let her have a big piece of my mind in my final email to them. Funny...I haven't heard from them in a few days.

I am prepared to fight this company, work with my credit card company, hopefully, get my money back & work to let as many people know what a scam Tbdress is! I give ZERO stars to this company, by the way, but I was required to give at least 1.

I just received my dress, and I must say that I am truly devastated. My dress looks nothing like it does in the picture. The stitches have holes and are loose. The material of the dress is not the same one as we saw online. The form of the dress is not the same. Everything about it is not the same. The material of the dress was disgusting. It was not even the satin chiffon it was supposed to be. It was true horror in my eyes. I paid more than $200 for a disaster.

I have been waiting for the dress for more than a month, and even though I paid extra for a customized fit, it was the original dress without customization. This is unacceptable. If a company like theirs wishes to have successful products, they must abide by their words. Here is a part of their email that they sent on April 7th, 2015.

"Please be aware that the item is custom made, so we need time to make it before shipment. Later, when it passes the quality inspection, we will ship it to you immediately."

However, we see no evidence of customization or quality. TBDress has no reliability or credibility. We went to various professional tailors, and all of them, after only one look, said it is impossible to fix it. After giving TBDress this information and asking for our money back, they said that we should go to a local tailor to get it fixed. They obviously did not read our emails.

As a response on my request to return the dress back and get the full refund according to return policy of this website, I got the following:

"Sorry that maybe you did not realized that we are not the dress reseller; we are the dress manufacturer. We made the dress just as the website pictures. It is really a hard work to produce dresses just as one picture. We have tried our best to get this dress done".

Do not buy from TBdress. They will just steal your money and give you garbage. It is a scam.

A little while ago I bought some crochet leggings. It was a huge mistake and I will never make it again. I want to warn anyone who is thinking about buying something from here. They arrived and were very bad quality and were visibly cheap. Online the clothes look cute but I myself am ashamed to even offer them to my friends. These leggings belong nowhere but the trash.

I have never written a bad review about anything even if the product was bad but it's the customer service that was completely unacceptable and prompted me to write this. I messaged customer service and notified them that I wanted to return the item. The person answered and said that if I agree to pay for shipping that he will send me the return address and when I agreed he said that he will not accept the return, started asking unnecessary questions and instead offered me a small discount on my next order.

My situation completely fit the return policy. They say “You have 15 days to decide if the items are right for you after you receive them.” It has not been 15 days since I received my items and they were not washed, damaged or even worn. Then he told me some nonsense like they have different return policies for different items. That isn't noted anywhere.

This website is horrible and the people should be ashamed that they sold the integrity of their company to keep $32. I'll never see my money again but if they keep treating people like this they'll never see another customer again. Be careful with this site.

I am insulted and infuriated almost daily when I get ads on my Yahoo mail for TBdress. I had the same experience as everyone else, a total racket company which should not be allowed to continue scamming people day after day and getting away with it! I can't find anywhere on Yahoo to ask them why they actually perpetuate the abuse of their customers. Any ideas?

I made the order and payment on 7/11/16. I went back to the website to check my status of the order on 7/20/16, assuming the product already been shipped. It says awaiting payment. I sent them the Paypal transaction ID, that's when they confirmed the payment. (Seriously? They wait until the customer contacts and asks for their product?)

As of today, my order did not ship out. I was told that I have to wait until August 2nd to get my tracking number. (Almost a month after I ordered my products and made the payment.) I never had an experience like this with any company. I will never go back to their website. Be aware of this website. Scam.

P.S. You can find the same products in Zulily​ and Ericdress, they will ship the products the next day.

I had placed an order on a moderately pricey dress. The order HAD NOT SHIPPED. I emailed them letting them know that I wanted to cancel the order. They said they would only refund $40 out of $300 that I paid for the order. I'm pissed, and the customer service I received was horrid. Never use this website. I'd give no stars if possible.

I ordered four dresses on 11/16/15 with plenty of time before Christmas. They arrived at the beginning of 2016. Oh that was three of them. Due to the wait, I requested a refund on at least four occasions and have been completely ignored and did not receive my refund. I now find that six months later my dress has been dispatched. Well I do not want it anymore so I have yet again asked for a refund.

it's been two years since I ordered from them and I am still mad! I ordered a dress and when received it, it looked nothing like the one I ordered. I sent them pictures and they kept telling me they couldn't open my photos. I sent JPG, PDF, DOC, TIF, you name it I sent it and their answer was always the same sorry and, “We can not open the attachment and therefore can not give you a refund.” It's a bunch of bull. Do not order from then.

This company is a total scam and an example of truly DISGUSTING customer service. I made an order with TB Dress on 4th September 2015. My order number was 1366706. I received my goods on 16th of September, 2015 and was very unhappy with the goods I received. Most of the garments I received looked nothing like those pictured on the website and others did not fit properly, despite being the correct size. Even their 'small' size is absolutely MASSIVE. Also, the dresses were made from cheap material, were badly stitched and finished, and looked absolutely rubbish. You would find higher quality items on a market stall.

At this point I sent an e-mail to TB dress's customer services department advising that I wanted to return some of the items and exchange some of the other items. I received no reply.

I followed this up with a phone call to China, from Australia, where I live, on Friday the 18th of September 2015 and was very unhappy with the response I received. The lady I spoke with on the phone did not listen to me nor confirm for me the correct return address for which to return the goods as requested. She fobbed me off and when I repeatedly asked her to please confirm the correct address for me to return the items to she pretended she could not understand what I was saying. I am English speaking, and have worked in many call centers and office environments so I am certain that I can communicate clearly and the problem was with the language skills and/or intellect of this imbecile woman. She could only say, thank you, thank you, bye bye bye, HOW DISGUSTING!! She then hung up the phone on me. I was ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDED with such an ill-mannered and unprofessional response. I phoned a second time, FROM AUSTRALIA, and spoke with Harry. He advised me that my e-mail would be answered in due course. He was also exceptionally rude and had very little grasp of english except to say that it was my fault for purchasing the wrong size. I repeat, do not purchase anything from this company, they are disgusting. Keep your money and spend it elsewhere.

I wrote a second e-mail, asking to exchange all the items I purchased, as I had discovered from reading these online forums, albeit too late, that TB dress only refunds 60% of the purchase price, if at all. If they can manage to drum up the language skills and the intelligence to actually READ their correspondence. I REPEATEDLY once again contacted TB dress, begging them to please confirm the correct return address. I did this both by telephone and by e-mail but could not get a civilized response from any of the idiots who work for this revolting company.

I asked TBDress to send my new items to my address and advised that legal action would be the next step. As soon as i had returned the goods to this address in china, which i had informed TBDress, by e-mail i was going to do, they suddenly replied to me and told me they had given me the wrong address. I have now wasted an additional 66 dollars returning these ridiculous dresses to china to the incorrect address supplied to me by TBDress, this is in addition to the 300 dollars i originally paid for these worthless items.

TB DRESS have now sent me another e-mail advising me that the whole scenario is my fault, as if it was somehow my fault that their sizing is RIDICULOUS and the idiots in their office gave me wrong address. I have no items, no exchange and NO REFUND.

I am writing this post because i do not want others to make the mistake as me. Do not, and i repeat, do not purchase anything from tb dress. They are a total scam and you will not be treated as a customer. Disgusting

First of all, they do not deserve a one-star rating, so I don't know why you cannot post this without clicking on the stars. They deserve a minus ten stars.

The TBdress site and the people who run them are fraud!

I ordered a supposed black "Vintage Pure Color Women's Bag Set (Six Bags)" on December 24, 2016, and got a poorly made bag in gray. Even an old woman cannot go out with such a bag. Altogether, I spent $60.71.

I do not know, maybe Chinese people cannot recognize colors. I contacted their horrible representatives (Cecilia and Crystal) and was told to send the pictures, which I did (I sent it with a real black bag beside it). They offered to refund me $20, and I told them to make it $30 then I would count my losses.

Then they refused and wanted me to ship the stupid bag back at my own expense. I told them I could not do that because it was their fault in the first place. They ask customers to ship items back because they know customers would never want to be responsible for returns, thereby getting stuck with their fake products.

You cannot tell a book by its cover. They post beautiful pictures online to attract customers, but I am advising you, do NOT waste your money, on these Chinese products!

I can never recommend this to anybody, not even my enemies!

I ordered shoes for my daughter on March 14, 2017, and to this date, I have never received them. I contacted TBdress service via email on two separate occasions regarding my order and the date the items needed to arrive by (prior to 04/06/17). The first email was sent to them ten days after purchase to confirm a status update because my order confirmation stated my order would be received within 4-8 days. I received a response to my first email that my product would arrive by or before April 3, 2017, and to be patient a little longer.

On April 3, I emailed TBdress again to report not receiving the product. I never received a reply to my second email. This morning, I launched a dispute with PayPal to receive a full refund due to not receiving my order as promised.

Sadly, I have to take my daughter to buy shoes locally in hopes of her finding shoes to match her dress so last minute. Prom is in four days (04/07/17). I agree with other dissatisfied customers in that PayPal should not continue to process payments for such a dishonest company.
