About Test X180

If you’re in your late 30s and have begun experiencing decreased testosterone levels, you may have come across an advertisement for Force Factor Test X180 recently. This nutritional supplement claims to use Testofen to naturally increase free testosterone levels in your body, while giving you bigger muscles, a boosted libido, and the ability to “look and feel invincible.”

Wow! After all, who doesn’t want to look and feel like Superman? But before you begin leaping tall buildings in a single bound, let’s find out if these claims are legit.

Facts About the Force Factor Test X180

Similar to TestoFuel, Everlasting T, and others, the Force Factor Test X180 is a nutritional supplement that claims to boost free testosterone levels and to maximize muscle mass, increase libido, and to enhance physical performance. In fact, the product’s website even goes so far as to claim that it “helps men add pounds of hard, sculpted muscle to their bodies.” On top of this, Text X180 claims to include well-researched ingredients that are “substantiated with rigorous research and hard, scientific facts.” These ingredients include:

  • Vitamin D 200IU
  • Vitamin B6 2mg
  • Vitamin B12 10mcg
  • Growth Enhancement Matrix 400mg
    • Testofen
    • Siberian Ginseng
    • Panax Ginseng
    • Cordyceps sinensis
    • Tribulus terrestris

In addition to the basic formula, Force Factor also manufactures two other versions of Test X180:

  • Test X180 Ignite – Enhanced fat burning using green tea leaf extract, green coffee extract, and white tea extract.
  • Test X180 Alpha – Adds a wide variety of ingredients aimed at whole body health, in addition to improving sexual performance.

According to the company, Test X180 can be used by anyone who wants to increase their testosterone production, and that there are no side effects. In order to use the supplement, you should take one capsule in the morning and another at lunch, preferably with food.

What Do Consumers Have to Say About Test X180?

Force Factor, LLC holds an A rating with the Better Business Bureau, despite having nearly 150 closed complaints over the past three years, in addition to a low 1-star rating. Whether through the BBB or elsewhere, the overwhelming majority of online customer complaints reference difficulties with the free trial program.

Outside of this, the majority of online customer reviews appear to be negative, and often cite failure to work, high price, and bad taste. In fact, we even read more than one complaint claiming that Test X180 resulted in extreme irritability and decreased sex drive. Furthermore, Test X180 seems to have a fairly extensive affiliate program, which can make discerning between legitimate customer reviews and sales materials relatively difficult.

What’s the Bottom Line About Test X180?

So, is Test X180 really the ultimate testosterone booster that it claims to be? Likely not, and here’s why:

Despite claiming to be “backed by smart science,” Test X1280 (or its active ingredient Testofen) has not been conclusively shown to boost testosterone, or to provide any of the other benefits claimed by Test X180. There have been several manufacturer-sponsored studies performed with Testofen (one of which was on mice), but there have been no third-party clinical trials completed to assess its efficacy. In addition, even WebMD specifically states that, “Fenugreek is used for many conditions, but so far, there isn’t enough scientific evidence to determine whether or not it is effective for any of them.”

So, how can companies like Force Factor make these claims in the first place? As we mentioned in our Nutritional Supplement Buyer’s Guide, manufacturers are not required to provide evidence to back up any of their claims. In fact, they’re not even required to prove that the ingredients contained on their labels are present in their supplements. This is why so many manufacturers include large amounts of “proprietary blends” in their products.

At HighYa, we know it can be tempting to believe that there really is a “magic” pill that can provide “amazing” benefits, but the truth is that very few—if any—actually live up to their claims. Test X180 included.

    Scam

    • California,

Using both Test X Core & No2 Shred for 3 months and I have not lost any inches or pounds. It's nothing more than a marketing scam.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Scam

The product doesn't work. I tried the free trial, but I paid $4.99 for shipping. Be careful with this because I just found out today the company charged my Capital One card for $84.99. It was hidden in the terms and conditions that I had to cancel before 14 days of the trial. I called Capital One and they handled that company for me and got them to stop charging my account. Thanks Capital One.

Don't fall for the free trial

    • El Paso, TX,
    • Nov 19, 2015

I fell for the fake free trial. I was charged $74.98 on my account without me ever authorizing it. Didn't even finish my trial. When a company does a shady thing like that, there's a scam behind their products. I don't even want to know if their product works or not. Buyer beware. I'm still waiting for my refund.

    Test X180 ignite

    • New Jersey,

I thought it was a free 14 trial by just having to pay the $4.99 for shipping but I was charged $79.99 in addition. Now I want my refund, due to the company not informing me that they will automatically deduct that amount of money from my account.
