Then, you’ll need to enter your specifics, such as height, weight, the times you wake up and fall asleep each day, current level of activity, and how much weight you’re looking to lose over the next four weeks.

After signing up, you’ll receive daily motivational content, smart eating tips to help you begin losing weight, exercise videos specifically tailored to your level of fitness, as well as additional recipes, advice, and more. However, although David claims that you can complete the program without any additional equipment, the Transform You website recommends using a step, a pair of light dumbbells, and a resistance band with handles for best results.
