About Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition

Have you seen advertisements about Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition, a nutritional supplement that claims to provide you with a lean, strong, sexy body in as little time as possible? Are you wondering if it really provides “100% muscle building power” and proven results?

If so, we’re here to answer the burning question: Does Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition really work, and is it worth the high price? We did some heavy lifting to uncover the facts, and here’s what we found out.

Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition Details

By accelerating digestion, preventing fat from sticking to your body, and boosting your metabolism, Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition claims your existing fat can be more easily burned as energy, thereby helping you to get ripped and gain strength fast, while eliminating fat and increasing energy. In addition, Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition claims that your libido will be boosted, and that you’ll experience harder and stronger erections.

But the manufacturer of Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition doesn’t just stop there. They also claim that by getting ripped and quickly gaining strength fast, you’ll appear more athletic, built, and attractive. In addition, Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition is claimed to provide incredible energy rushes, which can make your workouts more effective and make you feel more confident throughout the day.

Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition is claimed to include no calories, carbohydrates, or sugars, and its pH buffered ingredients are “thoroughly screened for purity and safety.”

Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition is claimed to be proven safe and effective regardless of age, weight, or current fitness levels, and that most customers experience noticeable results within 3 months.

Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition Pricing & Refund Policy

Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition is available in 4 different purchasing options:

  • 14-Day Trial: You’ll initially pay $4.95 S&H, and you’ll have 14 days from the date your order was placed in order to decide if Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition is effective. If you cancel your trial within this 14-day period you’ll owe nothing. However, if you fail to cancel, your credit card will be charged $89.43.
  • 1 Month Supply: $89.99
  • Buy 2, Get 1 Free: $114.99
  • Buy 3, Get 2 Free: $139.99

After reading through the Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition Terms & Conditions, a 14-day refund policy is available, although this appears to only apply to the free trial, not to any other purchasing options.

In order to cancel your trial or your autoship program, you’ll need to contact customer service at 855-326-5712.

What’s the Bottom Line About Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition?

As a man, you’re looking for the most perfect physique possible, and the claims made by Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition seem almost too good to be true. But are they? Consider the following:

First and foremost, Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition claims to provide proven results and to be highly recommended by many elite athletes and personal trainers. However, the product’s website provides zero evidence supporting either of these claims.

Next, other than claiming that their pH buffered ingredients are “thoroughly screened for purity and safety,” the product’s website does not provide a nutritional label or an ingredients list. Furthermore, we also don’t know where Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition is manufactured, and whether or not this occurs in a GMP and FDA approved facility. This is something you’ll be putting in your body, and you deserve to know exactly what’s in it and where it’s made.

Third, Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition comes at a very high price—one that’s almost certainly far out of line with any benefits it provides—and also offers a free trial. As we mentioned in our Autoship and Nutritional Supplement articles, free trials are often specifically set up to enroll you in a company’s autoship program, and to charge as much against your credit card as possible during that time. And when you contact customer support to cancel, they’ll often make the process as difficult as possible.

Finally, information about the company behind Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition is almost non-existent. At the bottom of the supplement’s website, it appears to be manufactured by Onyx Ads, LLC based out of San Diego, CA, which was formed in 2012. Other than this, no information is available.

On top of this, it appears that the company has a fairly widespread affiliate program, which has spawned numerous spinoff websites (e.g. ultimateblackeditions.com, ultimateblackeditions.org, ultimatemuscleblack.com, ultimatemuscles.org, etc.). This is a common tactic used by many less-than-reputable supplement manufacturers, and is intended to mislead you while making you believe that you’re actually making an informed decision.

To summarize: When it comes down to it, there are just too many unanswered questions surrounding Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition, including:

  • What are the ingredients? Exactly how do these ingredients provide the claimed results?
  • What documentation can the company provide showing its results are proven?
  • What benefit does “pH buffering” provide?
  • Where is it manufactured? Who manufactures it? Does manufacturing occur in a GMP and FDA approved facility?
  • Which elite athletes and personal trainers recommend Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition?

Bottom line: Answers to important questions like these should be readily available for any nutritional supplement you’re thinking about taking. Based on our experience, supplement manufacturers who purposely leave out this information are often much more concerned with getting their hands on your credit card information than they are about providing you with quality nutritional supplements. As such, we would strongly recommend against spending your hard-earned money on Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition.

Misleading on the purchase of product

    • Veneta, OR,
    • Jan 20, 2016

Please beware of the fine print in the terms and conditions. It said that such tactics are used. Basically it states that if you're not happy with the product you will have to pay for the shipping of the bottle back to them otherwise they will charge your credit card $44.00. Be careful folks.

    Took Me

They sent me a text message stating that they wouldn't charge my credit card and that I wouldn't receive any of their product. 2 week later I was charged 89.00 because I didn't have an email to show them that I requested that I didn't want their product. Should be sent to jail for fraud.

    Beware

    • Oakland, CA,
    • Nov 10, 2015

I was conned just like the rest of the reviews listed here. Pills do nothing and they keep charging your credit card until you cancel it (card). You don't see the fine print that they'll keep charging your card. It's no where to be seen on any documentation.

Do not do business with this company.

    Extremely Disappointed

    • New Jersey,
    • Oct 17, 2015

Got charged $89.43 for the "FREE" bottle, plus shipping and handling for the "FREE" bottle. Then I got charged another $89.43 for the second bottle and never received it! When I called to cancel the customer service rep told me he had "proof" that I received the second bottle and that is why I was charged. He wouldn't take it off of my credit card. BEWARE.

They say free sample just pay shipping, then they charge you $89 for that bottle. Then look out, another bottle shows up and they have billed you again. There are reviews out there saying that the same ingredients are in different bottles promising to do something else. This company is a huge rip off, more like thieves. For the love of God stay away from them.

    Took some of my money

    • Colorado ,
    • Aug 11, 2015

Like the other reviews, I had money taken away. I now would never try the product for fear of what might be in it. Ultimate Muscle Black Edition physical address is a Postal Annex in a strip mall in San Diego. Other fitness products and services share the exact same address. When I called to cancel, I was finally given a 25% return to my account even though I was not "entitled". Don't mess with them.

Hey Jim, when you canceled, did you return the product back to them, and if so, what is their address?

Just got scammed, never received a free trial, just $169.93 out of my account. Had to change my account number. They won't even call me back. I hope they enjoy that $169.93 -- crooks.

Same Ingredients in Jacked Muscle Extreme and Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition

    • California,
    • Jul 31, 2015

So I was foolish enough to give this a try. I just received both trial bottles (and have marked my calendar). The fine print in the contract is not 100% clear on whether or not they charge for the trial bottle. What is really interesting is that both bottles list the very same ingredients.

Now I am off to learn what these ingredients are. The companies clearly have a deceptive set of websites and reviews with potentially untrue data on them. The most interesting part is that the ingredients are different from those listed elsewhere on the web for Jacked Muscle at least.

This seems way too shady to me and it is for sale on Amazon for much less than $89. That alone makes me sure I have been duped.

    I think it's a scam!

    • TN,
    • Jul 29, 2015
I know it's too late now but read the fine print which states 30 day trial but after 14 days they charge you 89.31. So yes I got taken. Thanks for making me look like a fool to my family.

Call and complain you will get for half price, plus say you want a longer trial time more than 14 days! They will give it to you, but be sure to call to cancel if not happy.

    I didn't even try it.

    • Brighton, MI,
    • Jul 22, 2015

After opening package, I read the buyer agreement that came with it. On website it stated only so many free trial offers. How is it a free trial if you have to buy it in a few days. What's the difference between free trial and sale. Total scam. The FCC, FDA and consumer protection agency should put these guys out of business.
