If you don’t like the body you see in the mirror, UltraLeanBody is an all-natural supplement that promises to suppress your appetite and boost you metabolism, while making losing weight and getting lean “so much easier.”
To achieve this, we’re told you’ll need to take one pill of UltraLeanBody four times daily with water. Then, the company claims their safe, natural ingredients will then get to work reducing the amount of food you eat, increasing core temperature, and burning fat “like crazy”—all while helping you to preserve lean muscle mass.
As we head into fall, with all the Holiday meals right around the corner, this is the time of year when many of us start packing on the pounds. But will anything found in UltraLeanBody help prevent this (regardless of the time of year), or will you find it a complete waste of money?
Stick with us and that’s exactly what we’ll help you figure out.
How Does Your Body Lose Weight?
This is obviously a dense topic, so we certainly can’t cover it all in the limited space here. Instead, we’ll provide you with a high-level overview that can be used as a solid foundation for what we’ll talk about elsewhere.
If you eat foods containing fat, they’re digested by your body and routed into your bloodstream. Here, these fats are immediately burned up if you’re in need of energy (such as when exercising).

But if your body already has all the energy it needs, this fat is stored in specialized “container” cells called adipocytes, which are located in the subcutaneous layer of your skin.
Whether we’re talking about fat or any of the other foods we eat, they’re converted into energy through a complicated process known as metabolism (literally, how your body burns calories).
If you consume more calories than you expend, this unused energy can be stored as fat, causing you to gain weight; if your metabolism burns more calories than you eat, then you’ll lose weight.
However, not everyone’s body metabolizes calories at the same rate, which can be affected by factors like body size and composition, gender, and age.
What about the ingredients found in UltraLeanBody? Will they increase your metabolism, reduce your appetite, or otherwise regulate the number of calories you consume or burn?
Are UltraLeanBody’s Ingredients Effective for Weight Loss?
While there wasn’t a label shown on the UltraLeanBody website, we did find one listed on Amazon (more about this soon):
- Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 10mg
- Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 5mcg
- Chromium (as ChromeMate Chromium Polynicotinate) 15mcg
- Umbrella arum Root (commonly known as glucomannan) Powder 150mg
- Bee Pollen Powder 100mg
- Forskohlii Root Extract 100mg
- Yerba Mate Leaf Powder 100mg
- Green Tea Leaf Extract 80mg
- Ginger Root Powder 80mg
- Green Coffee Bean Extract 25mg
- Black Tea Leaf Powder 25mg
- Cayenne Pepper Fruit Powder 25mg
Now, we’re definitely not medical professionals, so (like most consumers) we rely on WebMD’s summarization of the clinical evidence to let us know whether or not an ingredient is classified as “effective.” To this extent, they indicate that there isn’t sufficient evidence linking these ingredients to any kind of meaningful weight loss.
Granted, this doesn’t mean these ingredients are effective for any conditions. For example, WebMD indicates vitamin B6 might work for addressing high blood pressure and upset stomach, while chromium could help lower blood sugar levels in diabetics. Ginger might work for osteoarthritis and cayenne (capsaicin) is known to reduce certain kinds of pain.
WebMD also lists glucomannan as “possibly effective” for relieving constipation (as well as for reducing blood sugar and cholesterol), although as soon as you drink a glass of water, most (if not all) of the weight lost will be regained.
Finally, the caffeine contained in yerba mate, green tea, and black tea (like any other source of caffeine) may help temporarily reduce appetite and boost mental alertness.
What about the company’s claim that UltraLeanBody can boost metabolic rate by 3-11% and break down body fat by 10%? Ultimately, the manufacturer doesn’t provide any evidence to support these numbers.
Will You Experience Any Side Effects From UltraLeanBody?
According to WebMD, if you experience any side effects at all from these ingredients, it probably won’t be worse than mild nausea and digestive upset. As you might guess, though, bee pollen can cause allergic reactions, and the caffeine content in yerba mate, green tea, and black tea might cause jitteriness if you’re especially sensitive to stimulants.
Other than this, the company specifically notes that “This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women, those with a medical condition, heart disease, or high blood pressure.”
How Much Does UltraLeanBody Cost?
One bottle of UltraLeanBody is priced at $42.99, plus location-specific shipping.
After emailing the company at email@example.com, we learned that all bottles of UltraLeanBody come with a 30-day refund policy, less S&H (including $5.95 for the original free shipping). However, they noted that this only applies to unopened packages.
If you have any additional questions, customer support can also be reached at 866-300-7143.
Finally, UltraLeanBody is also available through Amazon at the same price, which is what we’ll discuss next.
Where Are All the UltraLeanBody Reviews?
UltraLeanBody was a very new product at the time of our research, so there weren’t any online customer reviews available. In fact, other than on Amazon, we didn’t find a single piece of feedback about the supplement.
There, UltraLeanBody had only one review, where the customer gave it 5 stars and claimed it helped them lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks. However, it’s important to note that this was not a verified purchase and was the only review listed under the individual’s account.
Is UltraLeanBody the “Ultimate All Natural Appetite Suppressant”?
In general, it’s been our experience that weight loss supplements don’t come with high marks from customers, whether here on HighYa or elsewhere online. Why? By far the most common complaint is a lack of meaningful weight loss results.
Granted, this is completely understandable since everyone’s body is different. But often times, we’ve learned through our research that if biological differences are removed from the equation, the clinical evidence rarely supports many of these manufacturers’ claims—and as we outlined above, there seems to be this same lack of evidence supporting UltraLeanBody’s ingredients.
Does this mean you shouldn’t try UltraLeanBody? It’s your money and your weight loss journey, and we’re certainly not here to tell you where to spend it or how you need to accomplish your weight loss goals.
But we would tell you that if we were weighing all the evidence (after all, we’re consumers too!), we think we’d get more value for our money by speaking with a doctor, personal trainer, or professional nutritionist than ordering a bottle of UltraLeanBody.

I purchased a bottle of UltraLeanBody (weight loss supplement) about 3 weeks ago and so far I've actually lost 8 lbs! Could be more but it seems to be working, so I'm happy. Plus I like that it's made of natural ingredients.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
