Phenomenal customer service. Sent 3 shipments, even overnight. Shipped the last package directly to my hotel, at no additional charge, to make perfectly sure that I had the correct size for the whole tux ensemble in time for the wedding event. Forgot borrowed cufflinks and sent them back by mistake. The customer service person without hesitation was committed to return the items after receipt of the return shipment.
