Vital Reds gives me more energy! I was thinking because of my age (54) it was just a natural progression of aging that I was tired, no energy, and in bed at 9:00 pm with fitful sleep and that would be my life. I noticed an immediate difference with Vital Reds. I have more energy, I have more focus due to that energy, I don't have a midday slump, and I'm sleeping like a baby at night. I never leave home without it. My husband noticed the difference, and now he is using Vital Reds and loving it too because of the dramatic effects he feels too.
