    I fear a devastated family at Christmas

    Overall Experience:

    Several weeks ago, I spent over $600.00 placing several orders for a ton of clothes as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren.

    I have used Zulily before and all went well.

    Not this time however. All the orders were quickly invoiced so they have all my money. Nothing has happened since. Not one item from several vendors has been processed. I have called many times.

    I have emailed and texted over and over pleading for help. The items all said guaranteed Christmas Delivery. Now, all they say is “Well, if the items don't arrive, we will send you an email by the 23rd of December.

    I gave all my money to Zulily. I can't shop for them again. It will take forever to get refunds.

    It is obvious that all my orders went dead instead of being processed from the outset. Thus, it will probably be a terrible Christmas for two sad little girls. I am in shock that no one in customer service will take the initiative to help me by processing these orders.

    If a miracle occurs, I will be thrilled to return to this site with an update.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
