    Red Dress Boutique

    No shipping to Europe and I'm feeling annoying because of their Customer Service.

    Overall Experience:

    I was binge watching Shark Tank and saw this boutique. The outfits looked very cute so I thought I'd shop! It took me 10 minutes of browsing the site before I gave up on finding any shipping information in regards to overseas shipping (to the Netherlands/Europe), not even a little line that said 'we ship to U.S. only'. I decided to try the chat to seek clarification.

    Even though I got an answer within a minute, the overall chat/customer experience was not great. No 'thank you for your question' or anything just 'Hi. No we don't ship overseas." When I asked if they were planning on doing so in the near future, I just got a quick 'not that we're aware of' answer.

    Maybe I'm being spoiled by fantastic customer service by sites such as Netflix, but the whole thing just left me feeling kind of sour. If they'd answered nicer ,I might've tried asking again in six months or so to check, but because it felt like I was rudely being answered, I won't be doing so.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
