My husband and I started taking Vital Reds a few months ago to help with high blood pressure. We are both on medication.
As my husband and I continue checking our blood pressure, the numbers are now normal for both of us. For me, I haven't had a really normal reading in many years even with medication.
I have also noticed that my hair and nails are so much stronger and better. My energy level has increased, and I have a sense of well being.
