I have been taking BIO X4 for two months. Before I started taking it, I had a problem with my daily bowl movements. Now it is a part of my daily routine. I feel so much better. I would recommend it to anyone that has a similar problem. It has no taste, and it also has no other side effects. It does for me exactly what I needed it to.
