As a 74-year-old with a lifetime of dieting, I am always very hesitant to take any new product as some solution. However, I was looking for a food probiotic and also considering enzyme supplements. The video convinced me to try this. I have not only had much success with more regular, normal elimination, but also find that I am generally feeling better. I have also experienced some appetite suppressing and weight loss. This has been a good thing all the way around.
