BIO X4 is a great product for me and my brother in law, and I shared it with him. It truly helps me not to crave/overeat, and it suppresses my cravings so I am not looking for something to munch on all the time.
It is a great probiotic, I know it because my stomach is not bloated and uncomfortable, it makes me go whenever I have a meal, which makes me feel comfortable.
