Although I am following the diet, I wanted to have insurance that lectins were not affecting my leaky gut in any way. It has taken me so long to finally find something I understand and believe is an answer to my problems. After only three weeks I have a complete blood analysis done by my cardiologist that was so improved he took me off of Atorvastatin. The visit previous he had doubled the dosage.
