    Endless run-around. Lying customer service reps.

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered three gowns from TBdress a few months ago, since I'm getting married in August. I live in Canada in the summer and had my order sent to Minnesota to pick it up. When I got to my friend's house, I discovered that three gowns were sent, but they were three identical gowns, not three different ones as I had ordered. The gown I received did not seem of very high quality, but my primary reason to return it is that it did not fit properly and really could not be easily altered because of the type of fabric (very sheer).

    I realized that there are NO DIRECTIONS for returning. This is definitely not Nordstrom where you get a return label and specific instructions. I've been in contact with their customer service department many times now, and they told me to send photos of all sorts of things. So I did this. Today I received an email stating that they did not receive my photos and to please send it again. This is the third time I've sent photos. This has to be a lie, since I've checked the email address carefully for accuracy, and I never received a "Message Failure" alert.

    I am at a loss for what to do at this point. I'm going to keep at them, but does anyone have a suggestion of how to get my money back? PayPal is of no help so far.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
