    Horrible customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Quality is "you get what you pay for." Customer service is horrible. I had an item damaged due to how it was shipped. I sent for a refund with a picture and asked for a replacement. They sent an email back asking me if it would go to the original address, of course, it is! I replied yes, they said they would handle after they received the reply. I waited and never received anything. I went to check, and they keep saying it is passed the 30 days. Then they said that I said I was satisfied with the response, so they closed it, and now it is past 30 days. All "canned" responses.

    Do not order from here; it is not worth the time, effort or quality. I will NEVER order again due to the customer service and will be reporting them to the Attorney Generals Office in my state.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
