My experience has been great. Although I'm allergic to berries and other fussy fruits, I decided to take a chance. I take it with my allergy pill, which helps 90% to subside the side effect.
I'm a person that for the past nine years been having problems falling asleep and not sleeping more than four hours straight. Since I started to take Vital Reds, I have been able to sleep much better from six to eight hours.
Also, my niece was having problems with her digestive system, and the medication was not giving her any relief. I gave her a jar of Vital Reds, and after two weeks of taking it, she started to feel better.
