I have been ordering Vital Reds for a family member. On the last order, I decided to try it and accept the offer for three jars at a lower price.
When I received my order confirmation, I found that I had been charged for a total of four jars. I contacted their customer service who indicated that the web page said: "in addition." I do not recall seeing this. I read you could order three instead of one at a lower rate. The customer service then told me that I should read the information better (insulting) and furthermore they did not even offer to amend the order. Also, I had ordered the offer for the Primal Greens which was supposed to be with no shipping charges, but the receipt had shipping added.
I will never be purchasing again! Deceiving and sorry customer service. I would also like to add that on my very first order, I wanted it shipped to my alternate address, but the website did not offer at that time. When I called the "customer service" they told me they could not ship to an alternate address and that I should change my billing address on my credit card. Oddly, when I ordered the second time, they suddenly had a place to enter an alternative shipping address.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
