I have been using BIO X4 for over two months now and have had excellent results. My digestion is improved, and my overall energy level is increased quite a bit. I have more energy at the end of the day, and I no longer feel bloated or have any gas issues.
Without going too much into detail, I can say that my body is processing food better and by following Amy's suggestions I am eating less but still feel satisfied. I am eating more nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, and nuts and also using some of Amy's recipes to further my progress.
I am losing pounds and am now beginning to see even my "Love Handles" starting to disappear.
Not only is BIO X4 a great product, but of equal or greater value are the follow-up suggestions, tips, recipes, and exercise emails that Amy regularly sends. Talk about customer support! I save all of her messages in a separate folder for later reference and already have quite a collection of helpful insights.
This product is great, and I feel like I have a personal coach for improving my health and life! I couldn't be happier that I decided to purchase this as all I was expected was a good product, but my expectations were greatly exceeded by Amy's regular follow-up information. Thank you Amy!
