I started taking this product about five days ago. On the first day, I felt a difference. My stomach girth has gone down an inch, and I eat about a third of what I used to. Actually, I have to make myself eat due to taking this supplement with food. I have more energy and get much more out of my day know. I have tried many products that make claims that just don't happen. This one does exactly what it says it will do. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.
