I moved to Florida in November of 2016 and began a daily walking regimen. I started using BIO X4 in January of the new year (kind of a New Years gift to myself).
Since I moved to Florida (at 253 pounds), I have lost 46 pounds and am now hovering at 207. I am very impressed with this product as I have been able to decrease my input (food) significantly while being "pang free." I just take a couple of the capsules a few minutes before I eat and let THEM do the work. I have found eating the last meal earlier in the day and then having a light snack (apple or orange or banana) between then and when I retire for the night has worked for me also (of course, there's a 2-mile walk in there too).
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
