Shipping

By Scott Weiss, Illinois, Verified Reviewer

This did not work for me. And be careful, they will not give your shipping back and you have to pay to ship it back to them. It is nowhere on their website about this, very shady company.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Zyppah falls apart too soon

By Michael Perkins, Connecticut, Verified Reviewer

I have had the device for about three weeks, and pieces are falling off. The tongue guard broke off in the third week and pieces of the teeth's setting material keep falling off.

I am not a fan for $100.00. I don't recommend it if it is only going to last a month.

Smart packaging

By William Taylor, Oroville, CA, Verified Reviewer

I'm a truck driver. When I ordered my Zyppah, I had hoped there would have been the option to have it shipped overnight, but there wasn't. Even though I was home for five days, the Zyppah still had not arrived when it came time for me to go back out on the road.

I was impressed to see that they had designed the shipping box to fit through the mail slot. Thank you very much. Koodoes on the foresight. Last night was the first time I used the device. I assume it was working properly. I need to find a girlfriend to test it with. I'm sure at tonight's "Sleep Apnea" test they can tell me tomorrow morning.

Cheap garbage

By Jason Schmitz, Portland, OR, Verified Reviewer

This product MAY relieve snoring. It doesn't work on sleep apnea, although they will tell you it does (lie). Zyppah WILL and does fall apart after about three months, and then their great customer service will offer you a 20% discount to continue buying their cheap plastic garbage.

Do yourself a favor don't give Zyppah your money. They lie to customers and then insult them. Bad business practice.

Do not buy!

By John Kimball, San Diego, CA, Verified Reviewer

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. The only ones I saw were on their website.

Do not buy this product, or you will be sorry! It didn't work for me even though I tried over and over again, just like they recommend. Then they gave me an RMA# for return, and never refunded me. After another month they said it was over the 90-day warranty, even though it was under the 90-day warranty when I mailed it back. SCAM.

Waste of money

By Samantha, Florida, Verified Reviewer

This doesn't work. I video recorded my husband snoring loud as a buzz saw with the device in his mouth.

My Zyppah

By Brenda, Ohio, Verified Reviewer

I received my Zyppah 5 weeks ago. The first week of using it my mouth and teeth were sore and I had extreme salivation for the first hour when I inserted it. I had read the instructions prior to using and was aware that I would probably experience these symptoms. I will admit that the first two weeks were pretty rough but then I started to sleep without waking myself up by snoring. Now I'm sleeping a deep restful sleep. No snoring and I am symptom-free. Now it's a routine.I slip my Zyppah in my mouth and get a great nights sleep.

Zyppah's Money Back Guarantee is a Scam.

By Scott, OH, Verified Reviewer

Bought one, my wife said it did not help so I tried to get a refund. I called and was told no "managers" were available to process my refund, but that if I left my info a manager would call me back in 48 to 72 hours. 4 days later and no call back, so I call them. Exact same thing with the same result. The third time was the same also. The fourth time I offered to stay on hold until they found a manager, the lady actually told me that would not provide a "good customer experience" so she could not do it.

They are apparently hoping that I will simply give up and go away. HA! I just disputed the charge with my CC company.

Buyers beware

By Anonymous Reviewer, Verified Reviewer

Do not order this product online, you will not get and they will not reply to emails. If you call in, they will lie to you and tell after it. Kiss your money goodbye because this business is a scam!

Mouthpiece Doesn't Word

By Chris Eisbrenner, Verified Reviewer

I had high hopes for Zyppah Rx, but the mouthpiece comes off throughout the night. In order for it to work, you need to keep your mouth closed at all times, but when you sleep your mouth often opens, then the mouthpiece comes off the top teeth and you snore. I found myself waking up constantly from snoring, and I'd have to put the mouthpiece back on constantly, as it constantly comes off my teeth and I have to push it back on all night. Even a chin strap to keep my mouth shut didn't help, as my mouth still opens somewhat and the mouthpiece still comes off. The problem is that the mouthpiece only has one position and does not open. If Zyppah had some kind of spring action to keep the mouthpiece on even if your mouth opens, that would solve the problem. Don't they troubleshoot these things? How did the whole company miss this flaw in their design meetings? Shame I wasn't there!

Zyppah review

By Scott , Richmond, VA

The product DOES work. I had a a snoring issue mostly being a back sleeper. The device takes a night or so to get use to. User has to relax and realize you CAN swallow, it just takes patience.

It feels totally fine, some discomfort happened a few weeks like minor TMJ but it goes away.

One complaint is the device won't last 6-12 months. I went through one in 2 months then it starts loosening and snoring crept back in.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
