About 1234 Diet Drops
Using only a blend of amino acids and herbs, the 1234 Diet Drops supplement promises to control your appetite and boost your diet results, while delivering more energy, less hunger, and fewer cravings.
To accomplish this, we’re told 1234 Diet Drops’ proprietary formula is “clinically supported” and scientifically researched to support fat metabolism and provide essential nutrition—all aimed at helping you maintain an ideal body weight. Due to this, the company claims 1234 Diet Drops has been used by hundreds of thousands of customers.
Each bottle of 1234 Diet Drops is manufactured in the USA in GMP-approved facilities, as well as third-party tested to ensure purity and quality. To begin using the supplement, we’re told you’ll need to take 10 drops (0.5ml) under the tongue three times per day; just make sure you don’t eat or drink 10 minutes before or after taking the drops.
When combined with the supplement’s weight loss program (more soon), can you really expect to lose a meaningful amount of weight with 1234 Diet Drops? More importantly, even if you do, will you be able to keep it off? Is there anything different about this program?
There are a lot of important things you need to know before handing over your hard-earned money for 1234 Diet Drops. Let’s answer them by first talking about the supplement’s ingredients.
Are 1234 Diet Drops’ Ingredients Effective For Weight Loss?
According to the label, 1234 Diet Drops contains the following ingredients:
- Niacin .475mg
- Proprietary 1234 Diet Drops Complex Formula 3,070mcg: L-Arginine, Beta Alanine, L-Carnitine, L-Glutamine, L-Ornithine, Astragalus Root (Astragalus membranceus), Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii), Rhodiola Extract (from Rhodiola rosea Root)
What does science have to say? In a nutshell, there isn’t enough clinical evidence (or any, in some instances) showing these ingredients can boost weight loss in any way. In fact, the sole ingredient that seems to come with any weight-related benefits is l-glutamine, although only for helping HIV/AIDs patients better absorb food and gain weight—the exact opposite of the manufacturer’s claims.
What about side effects?
Are There Any Possible Side Effects For 1234 Diet Drops?
According to the manufacturer, the most commonly reported side effect from 1234 Diet Drops is mild headache, although they claim this should subside after a few days of regular supplementation.
From an ingredients perspective, WebMD states that l-arginine may cause “blood abnormalities, allergies, airway inflammation, worsening of asthma, and low blood pressure.” Medical science doesn’t understand enough about some other ingredients, like l-ornithine, in order to gauge potential side effects and safety.
Now that we’ve talked about the supplement, let’s take a closer look at the diet program.
How Does the 1234 Diet Drops Program Work?
The 1234 Diet Drops program is a 4-phase weight loss system that works over the course of 3 weeks (23 days) or 6 weeks (44 days), depending on your goals. We’re told that the system comes complete with recipes, progress charts, and trained support specialists to help “dieters set reasonable goals, get past diet plateaus, and answer your questions.”
The manufacturer claims the 1234 Diet Drops program can help anyone lose weight, regardless of gender or age.
Phase 1: Taking the 1234 Diet Drops
(Days 1 and 2 for 3- and- 6-week programs)
The company recommends starting with a cleanse (also known as a detox) for the first 10 days. Then, for the first two days of Phase 1, you’ll start taking the 1234 Diet Drops supplement as directed.
During these first couple days, you’ll need to eat as much high-fat food as possible, since it’ll provide stored energy for the low calorie portion of the program. Common suggestions include milk chocolate, ice cream, pork, peanut butter, and regular butter.
Phase 2: Starting the Low-Calorie Diet
(Days 3-21 for 3-week program; days 3-42 on the 6-week program)
Beginning on the third day, you’ll reduce your intake to 1,200-1,500 daily calories, while eating only select foods from the instructions. No deviations from the list are allowed, although we’re told you’ll be eating 2 proteins, 2 veggies, 2 fruits, and 2 cracker servings per day, using healthy foods easily available from your local grocery store.
The company notes you’ll need to remove any fat and weigh the meat carefully before cooking, and you should never cook the meat in oil. In fact, you’ll avoid all kinds of oils through the diet plan, including those in makeup and lotion.
Fortunately, there aren’t any restrictions on salt, but you will need to avoid added sugar and alcohol.
During this phase, 1234 Diet Drops claims to help you lose between 15 and 20 pounds on the 3-week plan, and 34-40 pounds on the 6-week plan.
Phase 3: Stabilization
(Days 22-43 for 3-week program; days 43-64 on the 6-week program)
Here, you’ll start introducing one new food item back into your diet per day, while still avoiding sugar and starch. After 3 weeks or so (depending on how your body reacts to individual foods), you’ll be able to add bread and other starchy foods back into your diet.
Phase 4: Keeping Your Weight Off
(Days 43-forever on 3-week program; days 64-forever on the 6-week program)
At this point, you should have formed some healthy eating habits that you can use indefinitely to help you maintain a healthy weight.
Are These Results Sustainable?
Before moving on, it’s important to note that, according to the Centers for Disease Control, healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Since one pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories, this means creating a 500-calorie deficit per day translates to about a pound or so of fat loss per week.
Comparatively, the company claims you’ll lose 5-6+ pounds per week on either the 3 or 6-weeks plans, which is 2-3X what’s considered “healthy” weight loss. Given this, the 1234 Diet Drops program qualifies as a crash diet, which just about every doctor and fitness professional will recommend avoiding.

The company also notes that 1234 Diets Drops is “sold in thousands of weight loss clinics, physician's offices and health food stores all over the world,” although no additional resources are listed.
Given the amount of weight the company claims you’ll lose, along with their reasonable price, are customers raving over 1234 Diet Drops?
Are There Any Customer Reviews For 1234 Diet Drops?
On Amazon, there were 970 customer reviews for 1234 Diet Drops at the time of our research, who gave the supplement an average rating of 3.6 stars. There, most compliments referenced effective weight loss, although more than one noted that you must to stick to the program to achieve results, and that it takes a lot of willpower (even eating a single piece of bread can force you to start all over again).
On the other hand, the most common complaints referenced failure to lose weight.
We also found 526 1234 Diet Drops reviews on Walmart.com, where it had a similar average rating of 3.8 stars, as well as many of the same compliments and complaints.

With everything we’ve discussed here, we know you’re anxious to answer the pressing question: should you place an order for 1234 Diet Drops? Let’s answer this as we wrap things up.
How Much Weight Can You Expect to Lose With 1234 Diet Drops?
How much weight any dieter loses over a given period of time depends on hundreds of different factors—some big, some small—such as age, gender, current weight, biology and metabolism, and much more. Given this, there’s no way to know exactly how much you’ll lose with 1234 Diet Drops without giving it a try.
Before you hand over your credit card number though, let’s add a couple more points to the discussion:
Creating a Calorie Deficit
The fact of the matter is that, along with exercise (more in a second), consuming fewer calories than you expend (i.e. creating a calorie deficit) is the only tried-and-true method of losing weight and keeping it off. This is the central idea behind every diet plan in existence, so it’s certainly not unique to 1234 Diet Drops.
With this in mind, we’d have to wonder exactly what benefits you’ll get from the dietary supplement. After all, as we covered earlier, there isn’t any clinical evidence indicating its ingredients can help you lose a meaningful amount of weight.
What’s the point? Again, based on the available evidence, you might be able to achieve the same results just by following the diet plan, while saving your hard-earned money on the supplement.
Does 1234 Diet Drops Contain Any HCG?
HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a hormone produced by the body after the embryo has implanted. Over the past couple years, a number of high-profile diets have appeared claiming that supplementing your diet with hCG-containing drops will help you lose more weight than dieting alone.
The problem is that 1) none of these supplements actually contain hCG (if they did, they would be illegal) and 2) even if they did, there is little peer reviewed clinical evidence showing a relationship between hCG supplementation and weight loss.
Why do we bring this up? Because numerous Amazon customers complained that they thought they were ordering a supplement named HCG1234, versus 1234 Diet Drops. In fact, you can visit this website and see for yourself that the same formulation is marketed under both names.
The Bottom Line About 1234 Diet Drops
If we’ve learned anything researching hundreds of different weight loss products over the years, its that effective, long-term weight loss comes down to two things:
- Diet and exercise, and
- Willpower. In other words, your will to reduce your weight has to be stronger than your will to overeat or sit on the couch all month.
Can 1234 Diet Drops provide the information you need to lose weight? It seems so. But we think that any other diet program that creates a 500-800 calorie daily deficit will accomplish much of the same.
Will you really be able to lose 5-6 pounds per week? Based on the number of calories in a pound of fat, as well as the fact that you’re only eliminating 500-800 calories per day, this seems unlikely, although plenty of customers claim the program has delivered on its promises.
Will you be able to stick with the entire program, and then transition into healthier eating and exercise habits afterward? This almost wholly depends on your motivation. Either way, the clinical evidence doesn’t point to the 1234 Diet Drops supplement helping out in any meaningful way.
Were you able to remain motivated on the 1234 Diet Drops program? What did you think of the supplement? Tell us you story by writing a review below!

After having to purchase the drops and diet info, I chose not to take the drops and try the diet first. I started to lose weight. Great!
Then I was deleted from their support group for making a comment that the diet works without the drops! I had researched and enquired about this diet for months and asked lots of questions about how people found the diet with age without drops. Most people got the same result. For myself, I chose not to due to health reasons (digestion).
Once the group admin saw I had commented about the diet working without the drops, I was deleted and blocked from the group. Rather than address my comment and correct it, they blocked me. Disgusted!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have found that since starting these drops, I have gained 2 kilograms. I am lethargic, have no energy at all, and all I want to do is sleep. I go to work with no energy and am finding it hard to even do my work when I'm normally full of energy. I paid $96 for the drops and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
