About 1285 Muscle
If you’ve spent any time searching for workout supplements recently, it’s highly likely you’ve run across a web or Facebook ad for 1285 muscle. This pre-workout supplement is claimed to help “reinvent your body” by increasing nitric oxide levels, which can help build lean muscle, increase strength, and improve endurance.
But are these claims based in reality? We’ve done some heavy lifting to get to the bottom of the matter, and here’s what we found out.
Quick Facts About 1285 Muscle
By using nitric oxide (NO) to maintain healthy cell growth and improve blood flow to your organs, 1285 Muscle is claimed to provide the following benefits:
- Increase metabolism
- Reduce body fat percentage
- Cut recovery time in half
- Boost endurance threshold
- Increase energy
- Increase protein synthesis
In fact, the manufacturer claims that this “miracle molecule” is scientifically proven to help you look 52% more ripped, to increase endurance by up to 42%, and to reduce post-workout fatigue by up to 35%. In addition to nitric oxide, 1285 Muscle is claimed to include the following all-natural ingredients:
- Calcium – Claimed to help boost metabolism, strengthen bones, and improve cardiovascular function.
- Vitamin C – Acts as an antioxidant to remove harmful pathogens and to enhance metabolism.
- Folate – Helps control weight and repair damaged cells.
- Lovage – Keeps cells healthy and leans your physique.
- L-Taurine – An antioxidant that helps strengthen your heart and reduce cholesterol.
- L-Citrulline – Increases muscle size and strength.
1285 Muscle claims that there are no side effects related to its use.
1285 Muscle Pricing & Refund Policy
1285 Muscle is only available directly through the manufacturer, and only as a 14-day “free trial.” Here’s how it works:
When placing your order, you’ll initially be charged $5.99 to cover shipping and handling costs, at which point your trial begins. The company claims that your order will be shipped either the same or following business day, and that if you’re dissatisfied at any time during the first 14 days, you can contact them and cancel your trial.
However, if you fail to cancel, you’ll be enrolled in the company’s autoship program, which means that you’ll continue receiving a 30-day supply of 1285 Muscle once per month, and your credit card will be charged $89.99 plus $5.99 shipping and handling each time. According to the company, you can cancel your autoship program at any time.
Outside of the free trial, 1285 Muscle comes with a 30-day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling charges. In order to initiate the refund process, you’ll need to contact customer service at 800-969-3081.
What Do Other Consumers Have to Say About 1285 Muscle?
1285 Muscle is based out of Pompano Beach, FL, and holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, based on 21 closed complaints over the past three years. Most of these complaints appear to reference unauthorized credit card charges and difficulty processing returns related to their free trial.
Outside of the BBB, 1285 Muscle appears to have a limited number of legitimate online reviews, although the product has been on the market for about a year. However, the primary complaints cited in existing online reviews are failure to work and high price.
What’s the Bottom Line About 1285 Muscle?
Here’s the short answer: Save your hard-earned money and spend it on something other than 1285 Muscle. Here’s why:
First, although 1285 Muscle claims to be “scientifically advanced,” there are no clinical studies referenced on the product’s website to back up this assertion. In fact, it seems that 1285 Muscle is simply a conglomeration of various ingredients that have no scientific evidence to support their claims.
Second, the company has built several fake review websites (e.g. 1286musclesideeffects.com, 1285muscleinfo.org, etc.) that may lead unsuspecting readers into thinking that these are legitimate reviews, when they’re actually just more marketing material. On top of this, we even found one online review that claims 1285 Muscle stole the individual’s ‘before and after’ photos, and then constructed a fake review around them. We were unable to confirm its accuracy during our research, however.
Finally, very few legitimate supplement companies will enroll you in short-term “free trials,” only to suck you into an unintended autoship program. And to add insult to injury, 1285 Muscle comes with an extremely high price—one that appears to be far out of line with its actual benefits.
Bottom line: if you suffer from cardiovascular disease or diabetes, nitric oxide supplements can increase blood flow and reduce symptoms. However, if you’re an otherwise healthy individual, NO supplements such as 1285 Muscle have not been conclusively shown to increase blood flow to muscles, or to increase the synthesis of proteins.

Straight up scam.
These guys are nothing but a scam. They charged my credit card yet I never received the product. They give you a two week trial but I never got the product. Then right after, they charge you full price without even getting a chance to try out this supplement. I call it a Scam.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Beware about this 1285 Muscle product and website. When I submitted my shipping information to get the trial offer of a bottle, they said that I just have to pay 4.99 USD to try. There was no other information about to paying more. I thought it's ok to begin the delivery, at least that's what I thought. I received my trial product, I tested, I got diarrhea, with just one pill and I stopped.
To learn more about this product, I searched online and I found that this product company is going to charge me 99.99 USD if I do not cancel product shipment within 14 days included purchase date. In fact, they have that statement in Terms and Conditions, but you will never know about this unless you read the terms carefully.
I just purchased a trial offer expecting to make my own decision to begin paying for the product in case it would be ok to use without health risk, but I was wrong. When you purchase this trial offer, you are accepting will be charged 99.99 USD to your account via something called by them AUTO-SHIP, it does not matter if you cancel auto-ship within 14 days because either way you are going to be charged the full amount of $99.99. I am really feel scammed, and at last, I do not know if this product is a fake or not.
Honestly, I just got diarrhea and no muscle. For sure I know that I just lost weight in my pocket of in the amount of 104.98 and that variable is not in pounds. I do not have anything against any product but I am completely against companies offering free products to test and who behind your back will charge your bank account.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
