    Jumped the gun

    I went ahead and purchased the 21 Day Fix but did not confirm my order as I got cold feet. However, I already put my credit card info in but did not confirm the purchase and an hour later got a confirmation email about my purchase. BEWARE. The company is so desperate to sell their stuff that they will do it on the dirty!

    I called the company and was told that I will not be charged.

    We'll see!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Doesn't work.

    I am vegetarian and was told that the 21 day fix would be fine for me to partake in. Coaches have absolutely no nutritional or exercise training and thus can't really answer any of your questions with certainty. Shakes made me so sick, I had diarrhea and couldn't eat for 2 days. You are meant to lose the most weight within the first 7-10 days. It is day 14 and I have lost not one single pound. What is the point of this program? Working out for 1/2 an hour each day is not going to make you lose any weight and keep it off. Scam.

    This is a huge rip off. They will bill and bill your account over and over.

    Got an Shipment notification without pressing Confirm Order

    I opened my email indicating the order had been shipped, however, when I was placing the order I had changed my mind. I noticed the website did not allow to clear the cart so I cleaned the browsers cache, today I found out I was charged and the order was shipped!

    When I called the company, first they were going to charge me for the return of the shipment until I said "I want to speak to your supervisor!". The rep mentioned that it's going to take a couple of days until I receive a refund to my credit card account. Well, it's a good thing I bought the product with my AMEX since I know they will take care of me!

    I shall see how the saga unfolds in the next couple of days. Best to All.

    Charged twice

    I ordered the product and gave my credit card number for the 3 month plan. I never received the confirmation email and called twice to make sure my card would not be charged. I then order the product again and paid the one time price in full. A week later, after I received my product in the mail from the second call, they charged my credit card for the first order.

    They said they processed a refund that would take 3-5 business days but 10 days later I still haven't received the refund and customer service is giving me the run around. I agree they will pressure you to buy about 5 additional items not shown on TV and it is high pressure.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Additional BOGUS charges

    I got my package, and I thought I was being smart when I just told the representative just bill me one-time, and not in monthly payments. The shipping costs were $20 for what they said was a 3-lb box (NOT) and now today I have a additional charge on my card for over $40 which I am going to dispute. I have always been wary about buying from an infomercial, and now I am sorry I did. I am returning my kit, as I have never even opened the CD's (just two, and not 7 as I expected) or used the tiny boxes. What a rip-off.
