I’ve been using this product for a little under a month now, but still waiting to see results. I suffer from severe bloating and gas pains, so I thought I should give this probiotic try after hearing Maggie Q’s testimony. The bloating has decreased a bit, but it’s still enough to bother me. I’ve also tried changing my eating habits (cut down on sugar), which helps with the bloating and discomfort. I bought a two month supply, so maybe I’ll see better results at the end of these two months.

I started taking the ActivatedYou Probiotic as well as the Prebiotics Morning Complete about three weeks ago. I have always had regular (above regular maybe, 2-4 time a day) bowel movements but my issue has always been extreme gas and bloating. Since I have been taking these, I noticed that I suffer from slightly less bloating and no change in gas levels, but I have also been suffering from indigestion in the morning. Is this normal? I take the Prebiotic with water in the morning as well as the probiotic and don't eat because indigestion develops shortly after and I take peppermint tea to soothe it. I am curious to know if indigestion is considered part of the "die off."

I noticed an immediate result, but with constant usage throughout the month, unfortunately, symptoms of bloated stomach re-appeared.

I felt so much better within the first ten days of taking the probiotic, but then things went back to normal. I am feeling bloated and generally unhappy in the stomach region. I am hoping it will improve, so I am going to continue taking it, and I have just paid for my second bottle.

Given it's the first bottle, I can’t give any negative comments at all. I would lean towards positive so far. Zero negative feelings!

I hope this will start to begin helping me to relieve stomach issues. To relieve that would lighten my medical issues revolving around chronic pain due to degenerative medical diseases and autoimmune diseases at age 45, mother of 4 amazing young people, and a husband of 24 years.

I am already pretty careful about what I eat, and I tend to load on the veggies more popular in Asian cuisine, however, I do have that stomach pouch that Maggie Q was talking about so I was intrigued. After about a month of using this probiotic, I have noticed that the BM is consistently softer and even though contradictory, feels cleaner and intact. I was actually pretty impressed by that, but the stomach bloating or pouch was the main issue I was after. I've actually started work out classes to try and tackle that area. I'm hoping that if I remain consistent in taking the probiotic, then the stomach pouch will go down. It's not a big pouch, but I am skinny and lanky where to me it looks odd and sort of affects my self-esteem. Here's to month two of ActivatedYou!

I haven’t seen a whole lot of changes until just the last few days. I am seeing some changes in my skin. I haven’t noticed any other changes. My weight has stayed consistent, which for me is not a positive. I am willing to give it another month to show positive changes.

I am on my second jar of the probiotic capsules, and while I am noticing a difference, it’s mainly just my bathroom schedule. I’m going more frequently and normally than I used to but no other real changes as of now. I still have a bloated lower abdomen (which is honestly 50% me not working out), but there is definitely still some bloating. My sleep schedule hasn’t changed much, and I don’t feel generally better or more happy/healthy. In no way is this a bad product, it definitely works but not as well as it says? Not sure yet as I’ve still got another bottle to go, but we shall see.

I just finished my first bottle and the thing I’ve noticed is that I seem to be able to go to the bathroom once a day...not always but most days. I still have the bloated stomach, but I will continue to use the product for the next two months.

My husband and I both have regular stomach issues. I have a light case of lactose intolerance and he has time to time acid reflux. ActivatedYou helped us gain some sort of relief from the discomfort that we both experience in our own scenarios. Before I started, I used to constantly feel bloated and had a tiny stomach bump.

After the first week of using ActivatedYou probiotics, I felt the bloating reduce. I am on my third month now. By now I feel the bloating again, even though I daily take ActivatedYou. However, the normal discomfort I experience on a daily basis after meals are way much less, I must say. I wish it reduced my bloating. I measured my waist size before and after and found absolutely no change to the 36 inches, which is still the same.

I cannot tell if these probiotics have made a huge difference or not.

I have, however, noticed that when I lay down at night, I no longer have the stomach pain that I had before that was never diagnosed. I am attributing to this product.

This product didn't seem to be any better than the probiotic I was already taking. It seems to work just fine, though. There's no way to really measure how well it's working without an expensive test. Not sure how to know it's really working.

It has been a full month since I have been using this product and I have not experienced any constipation for the past month. I tend to be constipated twice a week to every other day, but since using ActivatedYou, my stools are very well lubricated and expel from my body with ease. I have experienced reduced bloating and occasional shooting gas pains in my body due to trapped stomach fumes, and I have been functioning on lower hours of sleep and still feeling rested.

I had breakouts for the first 3 weeks, but now my skin is fine. I also experienced increased appetite.

I had a problem initially with cramping and diarrhea, but it has calmed down, and the bloating has diminished. I have not used a probiotic before because I have had IBS for many years. At this point, I am very happy with the product.

I started taking the Advanced Restorative Probiotic about a month ago. Since then I have noticed an improvement in my mood. I am more upbeat then I was before taking the probiotic. I am still waiting for some of the other advertised benefits to kick in such as a flatter stomach. However, even just the benefit of enhancing my mood is enough to continue taking it.

I started a diet a few weeks ago to lose 5 pounds. The same 5 pounds I have been trying to lose for a few years. So far I have been able to stay on the diet. In the past, I would get distracted by a dinner invitation or the candy jar at work but this time is different. I am sticking to it. The real difference is that I am taking Advanced Restorative Probiotic.

I have had stomach issues, from ulcers and acid reflux, hardly being able to do anything in public without emergency bathroom situations, to feeling extremely nauseated sick, tired and bloated every time I ate anything! I received this for my daughter. She has less cramps, and her stool is more formed. She says it is helping her a lot in these areas. She stopped taking it for a week because she got constipated and thought that was the problem, but it wasn't, so she went back on and realized her body was probably getting used to it. She is now very happy with the results; just to not have so many cramps was a big plus.

I have only been taking ActivatedYou Probiotic for 32 days, but I would like to comment on some of the changes that I have experienced.

When I first started taking ActivatedYou Probiotic, I noticed a significant change in my digestion system. Before I started taking ActivatedYou Probiotic, I wasn’t regular, and I would experience problems in flushing my system. Once I started taking ActivatedYou Probiotic, my system would go through what I would call a colon cleanse every few days. After one and a half weeks, my body started flushing itself on a more regular basis. After 3 weeks, I am not experiencing the colon cleanse experience like I was in the beginning, but my digestion system is still flushing itself on a more regular basis.

Other changes that I have noticed is with my appetite. I feel full more often, so I don’t have the desire to eat like I use to. I haven’t stepped on a scale since I started taking ActivatedYou Probiotic but I have noticed very slight changes in the way my clothes fit. The change is so small that I don’t want to get my hopes up but I am starting to believe that maybe I can lose some weight with ActivatedYou Probiotic.

The only thing that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that I haven’t noticed a change in my energy level, mood or skin appearance. But, I contribute that to the amount of time that I have been taking ActivatedYou Probiotic. I plan to continue to take it and see what else happens.

Before starting on this product, my gut had gotten very distended. Maggie's story regarding her "pooch" is what first caught my attention. I had noticed my shape was resembling a "weeble." You know, "weeble wobble, but they don't fall down." Now I don't feel as thick through the middle after a month of consuming ActivatedYou. That is really all I've been able to realize. So far, this has been a nice supplement for my wife and I. I haven't seen any major health differences, but I do feel good nearly every day. My wife has commented that her night time acid reflux has gone away, which is great news. This pill is easy to take. While I've heard you should take it with a meal, we've been taking it at bedtime.

Digestion seems good, and there are no apparent adverse side effects. We will probably order 3 more bottles when these are gone, to give the probiotic a bit more time in our systems.

I’ve been using this product for the last 30 days and saw enough of a difference that I just ordered another 3-month supply and have recommended this to my family and friends.

My bowel movements are softer and more regular, and I don’t feel like I have to strain to use the restroom like I have in the past. I also had a lump on my left pelvic area that I had for years that I always thought was weird but never got it checked out because it never really bugged me I’d hurt me. I thought maybe it was a cyst. I kid you not, a week after I started taking this supplement, my lump was gone. I was shocked and stoked. That had me sold right now. The lump must have had something to do with my digestive tract.

I also wanted to notate that when I first ordered this product, the order process was messed up and charged me for the 3-bottle promo instead of the one, and I immediately called the customer service number and they were prompt in getting the refund done and I was very, very satisfied with my experience with their customer service.

I would give 5 stars, but I haven’t tried it long enough to give it a perfect review. I’m giving it another three months to see if continues to work or my results keep getting better, but so far it worked enough for me that I ordered another supply.

I really wasn't expecting much, having tried numerous other products with absolutely no success. I do feel that AdvancedYou Restorative Probiotic has made a difference for me. Definitely an improvement, with less bloating and irregularity.
