Both in our sixties, my wife and I started Active-PK two weeks ago. Without noticing, we both experienced a gradual energy increase, especially the Mrs. who seemed to be in an endless slump, never wanting to go anywhere or do anything. As we age, we tend to get complacent in our lifestyle. After being a caretaker for my aging father for the last 4 years or so, I took far better care of him than myself. He enjoyed being served his very Italian foods, most of his choices not conducive to a sedentary lifestyle. After his passing earlier this year, it was time to get back to my old healthier lifestyle. I'm a cancer survivor. I'm not overweight much (125-ish), but I do have high bad cholesterol, sever fatigue from post cancer treatment along with a few other problems like chemo brain. I am 72 years old, and get short of breath. I am very healthy in every other way, chest x-rays and all other tests keep coming back normal.

I walk twice a day, but hills get me a bit and I have to slow down.
