I see no results in the Lift Serum. In fact, I have more wrinkles and sagging. I don' t know if I should continue to use it. Please advise.

I've used the product for 4 days. I do not like scents in products as I prefer to choose if I wear a perfume or not. I would like to suggest that they take the scent out as it gives me a headache. But more importantly, I'm having little bumps breaking out all over my face. Paying for return shipping and tracking seems expensive for a product that appears to be giving me a skin reaction. This makes me want to not buy online in the future.

The cream is not working.

Got it as a present from a friend. Have given it entire 2 weeks - no effect whatsoever. Can't return as it was a gift. Very disappointed.

Before I ordered this Lift and Sculpting cream I checked the ingredients carefully. I had had serious reactions to anything with any Retinol in it at, so I always avoid. I used sparingly at first, but no bad side effects. I thought all was going well, so I began using night and morning, with a little more at night on my neck and lower jaw area.

At first my neck started to feel hot and itchy, no real spots appeared, but within 4-5 days I had over 50 welts/what looked like horrible bright red spots, that swelled with a welt like reaction every few hours. I went to my regular doctor, then the dermatologist. It took a second stronger prednisone dose 60mg x 5 days, then 40 and taper to bring it to a halt. I have secondary bacterial small areas of minor infection so I'm on an antibiotic as well.

I'm currently organic coconut oil, olive oil and Aloe Aera plant serum. I'm just really praying that it does not scar! Unfortunately, I have very sensitive skin and was just hoping this cream would help with neck issues. Very disappointed.

Like a lot of otherwise critically thinking women, I was drawn in by the Beverly Hills MD video and found myself impulsively clicking the "buy" button before doing even one minute of research. My mistake. The cream arrived quickly and I was immediately disappointed by the ingredient list, which did not show even one item that is clinically proven to reduce the signs of aging, like retinol or acids. But I gave it a shot, using the cream for 30 days. I saw not even the slightest signs of improvement in my skin, and I would compare this cream to an average moisturizer, on par with a drugstore brand like Neutrogena.

There are several red flags about this business that I would point out to other potential customers. The number one being outrageous claims which are cleverly disguised in the personal narrative of the doctor during the video. We are all drawn in by stories, but really what we all need to see more of are third-party clinical trials proving the efficacy of ingredients.

Secondly, I realized after I made my purchase that I had somehow inadvertently signed up for a subscription that would have automatically shipped more product to me every 3 months. This was a surprise and fortunately I discovered it right away and immediately canceled, but I'm sure that this escapes the attention of the majority of customers.

Thirdly, the promise a full refund if you are not happy after 30 days, but the return process is not transparent. They do not include any instructions on how to return in the paperwork which is unlike most businesses that want to make returns easy for customers. I sent several emails to customer support which were not answered in a timely way (within 3 days) and made several calls to the 800 line before reaching someone. I do not have time to sit on hold and I definitely do not want to have to get on the phone to process a simple return. My guess is that most people don't bother and add it to the pile of "miracle" skin creams on their bathroom shelves and forget about it.

I'm frankly embarrassed that I fell for this marketing gambit, but it's a reminder to me to always research products before I buy them.

I tried the Beverly Hills Neck Sculpting cream for almost two months and there was no difference whatsoever. My neck is not that bad either. I think the product is mostly hype. It is a moisturizer that does nothing for the neck. The product is therefore a total waste of money.

I do not understand where all these high ratings come from, maybe from employees, etc. I do not believe the high ratings are real, but this review is.

I have used Retinol products for years. You can "feel" the stimulation from the Retinol.

The Lift and Sculpting cream is not effective in my opinion. I believe it's a waste of time and money and it is a difficult to get in touch with customer service to make sure they stop delivery and billing.

I've been using the Lift + Firm Sculpting Cream for four weeks now and I haven't seen any lifting, firming or a decrease in wrinkles. I don't look any different today than I did a month ago. I'm completely disappointed.

The Best Product ever! I tried many other product lines and none of them came close to results. After using the Lifting & Firming sculpting cream daily, two of my family and friends noticed. They said my face, “Your neck & skin looked amazingly healthy and glowing.” It not only did what that said it would do but it brought back my self esteem back.

At 49 years of age people now tell me I look like I'm 30. I'm so grateful for this product and will share my experiences with others to pay forward.
