About Beverly Hills MD Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment
Doctor-formulated in the USA using “Nobel Prize-winning technology,” Beverly Hills MD Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment is claimed to stimulate cellular renewal, repair skin, delay visible aging, inhibit fine lines and wrinkles, and deeply hydrate skin.
In order to accomplish this, Beverly Hills MD claims their Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment contains natural, effective ingredients such as collagen-stimulating peptides, Epidermal Growth factor, and “gentle facial muscle relaxants” that help rebuild your skin’s structure, improve elasticity, and provide a “younger, healthier overall look and feel.”
But once you sweep aside all the science-y words and promotional material, can you really expect Beverly Hills MD Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment to provide younger-looking skin? Consider the following:
Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment’s Ingredients
Beverly Hills MD Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment’s ingredients include (primary active ingredients are linked):
Water, Ethoxydiglycol, Lycium Barbarum (Goji) Fruit Extract, Dimethylacrylamide/Acrylic Acid/Polystyrene Ethyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-14, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Butylene Glycol, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Polysilicone-11, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Glycerin, Centella Asiatica Extract, Barium Sulfate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Aminobutyric Acid, PEG-8 Dimethicone, Isononyl Isononanoate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sodium Acrylates Copolymer, Hexapeptide-48 HCI, Lecithin (Phospholipids), sH-Ogligopeptide-1 (Epidermal Growth Factor) , Disodium Acetyl Glucosamine Phosphate, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Avena Sativa (Oat) Extract, Ahnfeltia Concinna (Algae) Extract, Allantoin, Aloe Vera, Camellia Sinesis (Green Tea) Extract, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Extract, Caviar extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Copper Gluconate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydrastis Canadensis (Golden Seal) Extract, Magnesium Aspartate, Propylene Glycol, Silk Amino Acids, Sodium Hyaluronate, Symphytum Officinale (Comfrey) Extract, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Xanthan Gum, Zinc Gluconate
With this in mind, palmitoyl hexapeptide-14 is a proprietary ingredient that’s claimed to “reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while eliminating dull and dry skin by rebuilding the extra-cellular matrix,” although the manufacturer doesn’t provide any third-party clinical studies to back up these claims.
Similarly, hexapeptide-48 HCl is another proprietary ingredient that’s claimed to be “a nature derived neuro-calming peptide acting on opioid receptors, which was discovered from the hydrolysis of plants proteins [and can] normalize skin barrier, restructure mature skins [sic], smoothe skin surface, [and] refill deep wrinkles.” Again though, the manufacturer doesn’t provide any third-party clinical studies to back up these claims.
Hyaluronic acid is listed as “possibly effective” for reducing the appearance of smile lines, but only when injected, unlike the topical formulation found in Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment.
Finally, the caffeine contained in the green tea may help temporarily tighten and lift skin, although regardless of the ingredient we’re referencing, there’s no indication how much of each is contained in Beverly Hills MD Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment, or whether or not this is enough to provide any visible benefits.
Outside of this, there appears to be insufficient clinical evidence available showing that Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment’s other ingredients can reliably provide anti-aging benefits other than moisturization.
What is Beverly Hills MD’s “Nobel Prize-Winning” Technology?
According to the Beverly Hills MD website, the Epidermal Growth Factor contained in Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment is a “Nobel Prize-winning ingredient that helps generate new skin cells by facilitating the synthesis of DNA. This effect helps to delay aging, fade the look of dark spots, inhibit new wrinkle formation, and hydrate skin.”
Ultimately, EGF was discovered by Stanley Cohen, who received the 1986 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his work. Although the discovery of EGF represents some groundbreaking research, does this necessarily mean that topical EGF application provides any anti-aging benefits?
According to Truth in Aging, based on their review of existing research, EGF “may, or may not, be helpful for collagen; it stimulates fibroblasts; and heals wounds.” As such, after continuous use of an EGF-containing cream, the author found that “skin is looking great and on that basis alone, I would have no hesitation in forking over my own cash for a new bottle.”
On the other hand, Phys.org notes:
"There is quite a lot of information on these active ingredients in the scientific and patent literature - most can show effects on cell proliferation (in a test tube or petri dish) or in animal models of wound healing," said Natalie Medlicott, an associate professor at New Zealand's National School of Pharmacy at the University of Otago and an expert in epidermal growth factors.
But without published studies on the creams themselves, it's impossible to know whether the epidermal growth factor in them is effective. "The usual difficulty with such products is whether or not the large protein molecules such as the epidermal growth factor remain active in the formulation and, if they are active, whether they actually get delivered across intact skin," Medlicott said.”
To summarize, epidermal growth factors do play a significant role in the elasticity and youthfulness of our skin, but whether or not topical application of EGFs will result in any benefits largely remains to be seen.
Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment Side Effects
Overall, most of Beverly Hills MD Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment’s ingredients should be well tolerated by most individuals, with the most common complaints citing skin redness/irritation where applied.
However, everyone’s skin is unique, so if you have any concerns, be sure to consult with your dermatologist before handing over your money.
Customer Reviews for Beverly Hills MD Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment
Other than on the Beverly Hills MD website, where the product had all 4 and 5-star feedback, there weren’t any online customer reviews for Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment at the time of our research.
Among these, HighYa readers have given them an average rating of 3 stars, with common compliments citing visible anti-aging results, ease of use, and pleasant smell and feel. On the other hand, some of the most common complaints appear to reference failure to work, high price, and allergic reactions.
From a company perspective, Beverly Hills MD held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, with no closed complaints (as of 6/1/15).

Will Beverly Hills MD Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment Work for You?
Chopping to the point: Just like any other anti-aging treatment, the results you’ll experience largely depend on your specific skin type and a variety of other personal factors. Although, as we mentioned above, the vast majority of Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment’s ingredients have insufficient clinical evidence showing them to be effective for anything other than moisturization.
As such—and based on customer reviews for Beverly Hills MD’s other products—it seems like a toss of a coin as to whether or not you’ll visibly reduce the signs of aging with Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment.
However, if you decide to purchase this high-priced cream and are dissatisfied, you can always take advantage of the Beverly Hills MD’s 60-day return policy and responsive customer service.
My skin looks better in the morning. The product goes fast due to the small container, and when the skin is dry, like mine, it gets very expensive since I have to use twice as much in order to see a change. I do think that some of the creams could be richer for very dry skin. I have been using the body cream now for over a year two and three times a day and it hasn't done a thing and goes fast as well.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Recommend packaging changes
The product works fairly well, although at this point (3-4 weeks), I'd have liked for the wrinkles to be gone. The package is dispensed in a bottle with a spray pump, and (unfortunately) so much force is needed to pump the product out that more is dispensed than should be. I'd like to be able to use the product a little more sparingly than the packaging allows.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Wrinkle Repair - poor packaging
At this point I am not sure if this product works or not. All I know is there is only .5 oz in a very large container. The container does not allow for me to even get to the product inside very well. Most of the container is empty with a little bit of product sitting down at the bottom that is basically inaccessible. They do have another product for under the eyes that comes in a little tube with the same amount in it and it works very well (as far as me being able to get the product out of the container and on to my face). They should package the wrinkle repair in the same way as the under eye cream.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bad to the Bone
Let's began by saying this: I just turned 45 on July 20th. I've had problems with my skin four about 10+ years and I have tried so many products out there and they all promise so much. Yeah right, maybe four the first time or even if you're lucky maybe twice. The one that really got me were the Dark Spots that were forming dark and dark pretty much all over my face. I would get mad because my husband was looking at the weather and he just happened to see something that Doctor Oz was sharing about dark spots with his wife. Anyway, I ended up on some article online and read it and then eventually ended up on the website of these wonderful doctors. Let me tell you, this really works.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friendView all 3 commentsHide comments

Hello, I am 59. People think I'm 40-ish. I have a routine of exfoliation and electric pulse massagers for my face and neck. Yet my hands and neck, are embarrassing. I work in customer service. In my embarrassment I would wear long sleeves over my hands and hold my neck straight up most of the time. Your video came across my screen, I watched it, and boy am I glad I ordered your product. After 2-3 weeks of using the body cream on the neck, hands and wrists I allow my wrists and hands to be seen. The skin on the treated areas looks smooth and younger. I've also used it on my face just below the cheeks, where lines are forming from aging. It works great there too.
My neck isn't showing as much improvement. Still, I'm very satisfied with this product and will keep using it. I would recommend this product.
P.S. Would you have a suggestion how to correct my neck issues?
