About Body Fit By Femme Factor

Body Fit By Femme Factor is a premium weight loss supplement that inhibits fat storage and promotes calorie burning. As a result, you’ll experience decreased fat absorption and a faster metabolism.

To do this, Body Fit contains Svetol, a green coffee bean-based ingredient that lowers glucose levels in the body, resulting in more fat burned. The Svetol in Body Fit is also claimed to be clinically proven to increase lean-muscle-to-fat ratio by 4%, and to reduce the enzyme responsible for fat storage by over 30%!

Despite these benefits, Femme Factor claims that Body Fit is safe and effective without any harmful side effects. Which is why they promote it as “the secret to getting in shape.”

Whether you’re gearing up for a new weight loss regimen for the New Year, or are simply trying to maximize your other efforts, what can you realistically expect from Body Fit? Is it as revolutionary as Femme Factor makes it seem, is it a load of hype?

Let’s begin our journey by taking a closer look at Body Fit’s ingredients.

Are Body Fit’s Ingredients Effective For Weight Loss?

There wasn’t a label listed on the Body Fit website, but we’re told that it contains the following:

Svetol is a proprietary ingredient created by Naturex, which is claimed to help manage weight and benefit overall health. It does this using specially extracted chlorogenic acid from unroasted coffee beans.

The company claims that Svetol was clinically proven to reduce BMI by 10%, increase fat burning, and improve glucose regulation. However, they don’t provide any evidence for third party review, so there’s no way to confirm these findings—but we’ll come back around to it in a second.

Similarly, CarnoSyn is a proprietary form of beta alanine that’s claimed to delay muscle fatigue and improve performance. Like with Svetol though, the company doesn’t provide any third-party clinical evidence to back up these claims, although the standard formulation of beta alanine is listed as “possibly effective” for improving athletic performance.

It’s important to note that, “not all research shows beneficial effects of beta-alanine on physical performance. The conflicting results might be due to the small numbers of participants in studies or the variability in doses used, duration of supplementation, variable exercise protocol, and populations studied.”

Outside of this, there isn’t enough clinical evidence to show that any of Body Fit’s other ingredients will provide any of the benefits claimed by Femme Factor. In fact, we’ve uncovered much of the truth behind green coffee beans, garcinia cambogia, and raspberry ketones during our research for other weight loss supplements, and have found them to be largely ineffective.

The good news is that although Body Fit’s ingredients probably won’t help you reach your weight loss goals, you likely won’t experience any side effects, either.

Ok, so Body Fit might not work as well as Femme Factor claims. But is it expensive?

How Can You Buy Body Fit?

If purchased directly through the Femme Factor website, one bottle (120 capsules) of Body Fit will cost you $69.99.

If you choose, you can also purchase the supplement through a 14-day trial, just pay $4.99 S&H and you’ll receive a full size bottle. Then, after 14 days have passed, you’ll be charged the full price of $69.99.

At this same time, you’ll be enrolled in Femme Factor’s recurring shipping program. As such, you’ll keep receiving a new bottle of Body Fit once per month, and your credit card will be charged $69.99 plus $4.99 S&H each time.

All Femme Factor products, including Body Fit, come with a 30-day refund policy, less S&H charges. However, refunds are only applicable to unused bottles.

In order to request a refund, cancel your trial, or stop your automatic shipments, you’ll need to call Femme Factor’s customer service department at 877-516-8833 or 855-343-3663.

So far, we’ve talked a lot about Body Fit the supplement. But what do we know about Femme Factor as a company?

Who is Femme Factor? Do They Have a Solid Online Reputation?

Body Femme is based out of Aston, PA, and although they manufacture several different supplements, Body Fit seems to overwhelmingly be their most popular.

The company had a B- rating with the Better Business Bureau, based on 75 closed complaints (as of 11/29/15). Most of these seemed to revolve around difficulties with the free trial and autoship program (primarily difficulty cancelling them).

Regarding Body Fit specifically, there were 122 customer reviews on Amazon at the time of our research, who gave the supplement an average rating of 4.4 stars. Common compliments cited increased energy, effective weight loss results, and reduced appetite.

However, many of these reviews show strong signs of being fake. Why? Because a lot come from accounts where this was their only review, or where all of their reviews were posted within a very short time. While we’re not necessarily saying this is a case, posting fake online reviews is a very common business practice within the nutritional supplements industry.

Outside of Amazon, the only other online review we found for Body Fit was a fairly in-depth post on Bodybuilding.com’s forum. There, the reviewer claimed that they felt an energy boost with Body Fit, and believed that it helped them lose 11 pounds. They also appreciated that it didn’t cause any jitters.

What does all of this mean? Will Body Fit help you get your body fit?

Is Body Fit “the Secret To Getting In Shape”?

After we clear away all the marketing hype surrounding Body Fit, we’re basically left with an unsubstantiated supplement that uses largely debunked ingredients. And to top it all off, you’ll pay a fairly high price for this underperformance, and will be looped into a monthly autoship program that might be difficult to cancel.

In the end, despite all the claims made by Femme Factor, the only “secret” to losing weight isn’t a secret at all: To shed pounds and keep them off, you need to eat right and exercise regularly. There’s no way around it.

Because of this, we think your money would be better spent speaking with your doctor, a dietician, or a personal trainer instead of placing an order for Body Fit.

I ordered the "free sample" with "NO OBLIGATION" and lo and behold, three weeks later I am charged $78.91.

Also, I could not complete my order without ordering their other product...and again I was charged $83.41.

My bank sent me a Fraud Alert on both orders - Press Garcinia and Press Forskolin. Even after putting a block on the first one, the second one went through because the company uses two different names.

    Please be alert!

    Don't buy

I never used the product because when I received it the Femme Factor BodySleek pills, they were rotten (huge capsule with dark oil spots throughout each pill). I also ordered the Femme Factor Body Fit, but I didn't use due to the rotten BodySleek pills, I didn't feel comfortable using them.

What I love most about Femme Factor Body Fit (and the entire line of products by Femme Factor) is that it's specifically made for women. When going to a GNC or places like that it's always about the guys, which doesn't give many options for girls like me who can keep up with the best of them.

I take Body Fit every day regardless if I plan on working out. I play in a band, so there's often late nights where I have to have the energy to keep going. All around, I'm happy with Body Fit and would recommend it to any girl.

Ok so I ordered the free 15 day trial and used it with consistent exercise and healthy eating. Didn't loose much weight because of the pills, even though my energy level did improve. So days before the free trial expired I called to cancel, the lady who helped me was so annoying and insisted she sent me another free trial and she said I wouldn't have to cancel. I made sure to tell her I didn't want that free trial if I was going to be charged monthly after that, because after all I was calling to CANCEL. About two months later (today) I get charged to my bank account $80. This is a money stealing scam. Very disappointed and upset, now I have to deal with calling and going to the bank. Ugh... ruined my mood.
