About Bodyweight Flow
Created by Tyler Bramlett, Bodyweight Flow claims to be an easy-to-follow system comprised of 63, 2-minute routines that contain a mix of yoga, pilates, stretching, and advanced mobility exercises that can help your body become 7% more flexible, increase your strength by 27%, and help you burn up to 53% more calories, in just one session. In addition, Bodyweight Flow is claimed to help you accomplish this with any additional equipment, special diets, or nutritional supplements.
According to the Bodyweight Flow website, the system works by providing you with extremely short, punctuated “daily reminder” routines that send specific signals to your body to speed up how quickly your body burns fat, increase flexibility, improve your posture and core strength, and reduce aches and pains. And by increasing your flexibility, Bodyweight Flow is claimed to help all your other fitness efforts (e.g. lifting weights, burning calories through cardio, etc.) naturally fall into place and improve your overall results.
Tyler claims that the Bodyweight Flow system is so easy to use that all you have to do is press play and follow along with the high-quality videos, and that you’re guaranteed to experience results in as little as a week. In fact, Bodyweight Flow is claimed to be proven to work on men and women of all ages, regardless of body type, skill level, or state of health.
If you’re reading this, you might have been surfing the couch a little to long and are looking to get back into shape. Or, you might be a gym rat who’s looking to get that extra mile out of each of your workouts. But can you expect the Bodyweight Flow system to help get you there? Consider the following:
What is a Pre-Workout Routine?
At its most basic, Bodyweight Flow is essentially a series of stretching exercises that are intended to be performed prior to working out, and that are claimed to improve some of the benefits of exercise performed afterward. As such, these are known as “pre-workout routines.”
Specifically related to the Bodyweight Flow system, it’s claimed to contain 3 rounds of basic pre-workout exercises, followed by 3-minute rest periods between each round.
Who is Tyler Bramlett?
Tyler Bramlett is a fitness coach and founder of Garage Warrior, a website dedicated to helping people get fit in the comfort of their own home using bodyweight-only exercise programs. This includes Bodyweight Flow, CT-50, and more.
However, other than review sites posted by affiliates (we’ll talk more about this in a moment), there weren’t any legitimate online customer reviews available at the time of our research for Tyler, Garage Warrior, or any of his fitness programs.
In our experience, this means that Tyler has either flooded the internet with an excessive amount of affiliate promotional sites that have crowded out real customer reviews, or he really isn’t the “worldwide authority” he claims.
Will Bodyweight Flow’s Exercises Provide Results?
According to Tyler, Bodyweight Flow has been proven to work, although he later admits the results were uncovered after being “privately tested.” In other words, we’ll just have to take Tyler’s word that the Bodyweight Flow system really works as well as he claims.
However, Tyler does reference 2 studies on his Bodyweight Flow landing page:
- A Journal of Sports Sciences study published in 2001 that showed participants increased their overall oxygen consumption during their workout by 21.4%, and
- A study published in the IOSR Journal Of Humanities And Social Science that showed using pre-workout routines increased participants’ strength by 27% and flexibility by 7% in just one session.
Unfortunately, no links are provided for either of these studies. We did find a list of some Journal of Sports Sciences studies during our research (none of which appeared to reference the study cited by Tyler), but there is essentially zero information about the organization elsewhere online.
On the other hand, the IOSR Journal Of Humanities And Social Science has an clear online presence, although after searching their website for the terms “exercise,” “routine,” “workout,” and “pre-workout,” we didn’t uncover the study cited on the Bodyweight Flow website.
With all of this said, even when searching the National Institutes of Health PubMed, there don’t appear to be any readily-available clinical studies that show the effectiveness of pre-workout routines on flexibility, strength, metabolism, or overall fitness.
Will Bodyweight Flow Work For Everyone?
Finally, keep in mind that if the pre-workout exercises contained in Bodyweight Flow are “yoga-like,” then it stands to reason that you’ll need to have at least some level of flexibility and balance in order to perform them. As such, the program may not necessarily be for everyone, as Tyler claims.
What Do BodyWeight Flow’s Customers Have to Say?
Outside of Garage Warrior, Bodyweight Flow appears to be primarily promoted through a network of independent affiliates who earn commissions for each sale of the system they refer. Because of this, affiliates will often create fake customer review websites that have the sole intention of tricking you into buying the product unfortunately.
Outside of affiliates, there weren’t any legitimate online customer reviews for the Bodyweight Flow system at the time of our research. On top of this, neither Bodyweight Flow nor Garage Warrior are listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Can Bodyweight Flow Help You Become More Flexible & Fit?
Chopping to the Point: Overall, while Bodyweight Flow may not necessarily be a scam, we have several concerns regarding the system:
Almost no information is provided about the types of exercises you’ll be performing,
There appears to be insufficient clinical evidence showing that Bodyweight Flow’s exercises—or pre-workout exercises in general—can boost your fitness, and certainly not as much as Tyler claims, and
Despite claiming to be a worldwide fitness authority, there is very little online customer feedback regarding Tyler Bramlett, Garage Warrior, or any of his fitness programs, including Bodyweight Flow.
Because of these concerns, we have our doubts that Bodyweight Flow will provide you with any of the benefits it claims, and almost certainly not as significant. However, if you decide to take a chance on the system, you can always take advantage of Clickbank’s 60-day refund policy if you’re dissatisfied.

Actual customer's experience
So I bought the the Bodyweight Flow control program a year ago hoping to at least improve my flexibility, which in a way it did. Now as far as burning calories are concerned, it didn't do much to burn the fat I wanted. In order to do that, one must customize other factors in their life, such as the kind of foods being eaten to how much quality sleep you getting. Let's face it, that's not always easy and I figured I'd give this a try since the requirement is only several minutes a day. What I did find however was that even though it did improve my flexibility, my excess abdominal fat didn't go away even when I was eating unprocessed and home cooked food. If I were to suggest any weight loss or body transformation for women (since I'm a women) I'd say give Venus Factor a try.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
