Half order arrived but charged in full, and no explanation

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered two different sets of 4-pack socks. Only one set arrived. My account on Bombas indicates the order was fulfilled in full. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone due to the "holidays," and nobody will respond to email except an automated email reply. I have been charged in full and am out $45 for the missing set of socks, which now say out of stock.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not worth the trouble or money

I ordered four pairs of socks and after waiting two weeks for them, three were too tight (they run very small despite the fact that I ordered a size up). I am a dancer and have muscular calves, but these are the tightest socks I have ever seen, so wanted to exchange them. But there is no phone number on the receipt or website, and no return shipping label or instructions as to how to get one. You can only email them. I furnished all the information (order number, what I wanted to exchange, etc.) in my email. After repeated emails over several days, I finally got a reply asking me to specify my order number and what I wanted to return. Obviously no one read my email. So I replied and by this time had decided to just return them because this was taking too long. I had to send several emails again over several days.

Finally, after emailing them repeatedly, I got a reply saying I should just donate the socks to charity and they said they had submitted a refund. The refund still has not shown up on my credit card although the charge is there. I am still waiting for the refund. My advice - you can buy socks lots of places and don't have to put up with this really awful customer service to keep your feet warm. Go elsewhere for your socks.

Terrible customer service

On 11/21/18 Bombas was happy to charge my account for socks. PROBLEM...the socks never arrived. You CANNOT contact customer service. You can write an email every day and they acknowledge receipt of your inquiry...the end. No one resolves the problem.

DO NOT deal with this company.

No customer service

I placed an order in November, part of the order received on December 8th was wrong. I immediately emailed Bombas, received an automated reply, and have never heard another word. As Christmas approached (the order was a gift), I emailed again. Still waiting to hear back...

Do not order from Bombas

I ordered Bombas for my entire family. $203 worth of socks. They shipped me a totally different order with another person's address and info in my package. I have tried numerous times to reach them by email with no response. You cannot call them as they have a message the basically says we are too overwhelmed and cannot answer the phone. I now have the charges in dispute and am hopeful to get my money back at this point. Do yourself a favor do not order from this company.

Unhappy customer

I purchased the socks back in December. I wore them with my boots since they claim they wouldn't come off. Turns out I'm still looking for a good pair of no-show socks. I emailed them and never received anything back except their generic email that they are overwhelmed from the holidays. Just emailed them again and surprise surprise, received the same generic email.

Holes, holes, more holes

So disappointed in Bombas socks. Bought 8 pairs in 2 orders. All now have holes, some in the foot, some in the cuff. The company did replace 2 pairs with the explanation of "manufacturing problems," but the lack of durability is disturbing. Yes, they are very comfy and soft, but I need more than 3 washings out of a pair of very expensive socks.

Bombas service is pathetic!

I ordered $100.00 + worth of socks from Bombas. They shipped them using DHL. The tracking number that Bombas provided was not giving me any information about delivery. I called DHL and spoke with their customer service. I was told Bombas had not given them the package yet. I was told that Bombas often sends customers shipped notifications and then does not give DHL the package for days. I called and spoke with Leeway. He is a member of the Bombas "Happiness Team." I have also had emails with Drew Stadler. Both will lie to you, give you excuses. They simply don't care. They refused to help with tracking. The Happiness team should be called The "Liar and we don't care" Team. I have requested to return the socks or I will refuse them. I have been told numerous times I will receive a Return label. It has not happened. These people at Bombas have terrible and dishonest service. Avoid these people for your own sake. They are pathetic liars.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not worth the price

Ordered several crews along with no shows. All are incredibly thin for the price. The no show socks don't stay up, even walking around the house. I commend the company for the generosity at our expense, I won't be coming back. I don't believe the product is worth half the price.

Holes in multiple pairs

I bought an 8 pack of men's socks. From the jump a hole in 1 pair. I contacted them and they sent me 2 new pairs in which 1 of the 2 had a hole in the same spot. I contacted them again and they are sending me another pair for what I don't know. Cheap China crap.

Unsatisfied customer

I wore the socks maybe five times and they're already starting to rip out above the heel. I tried to make a warranty claim but can't seem to find my order. Now I need to post at least 180 characters so hopefully this will do it.
