My husband was gifted 4 pairs of your socks last Christmas. He LOVES them. He finds them to be the most comfortable socks he’s ever worn. Sadly, one of the socks developed a hole already. Considering they were approximately 3 months old, we found this disappointing.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

My family with two athletic teens have ordered three times from Bombas in the last four years. The gap indicates how durable we’ve found the product. After a thrashing, the socks wear out after about two years. With light use, never. Personally I mix and match with synthetic or merino socks depending on how much wicking I need on the day. For families with a conscience, this is the product from a B Corp whose values we share. Knowing that there is a homeless person wearing these good socks that we have effectively donated is cool. Thanks for very good socks, sold with love.

To pill is to "form into a little ball, like fuzz on a sweater." I bought six pairs and they all did that at the first wearing. I do like the colors. Jury is still out. Oh, I complained about the pilling, and they sent me one new pair. Those pilled too!

The men's socks are way too small for the size stated, and the women's crew socks were too tight at the calf. The quarter socks, on the other hand, were fabulous! Comfy, warm and stylish. I was underwhelmed by the return procedure. It took several days and several emails to get that accomplished. It should be easier for such a routine task.

I purchased Bombas crew socks and no show socks. My order was replaced with Adult instead of Children size on the crew sock. I love the crew sock, but the extra room in the toe keeps me from reordering them. On the no show sock, the stretch in the ankle area has not held up. I never put my sock in the dryer...but even with that they are all stretched out prematurely. The extra support in the ankle is wonderful, the weight of the sock is great...very cushioned.

I bought the 12-pack that has 3 different type socks. After wearing each style I found I really only like two of the styles. The no show socks are my very favorite and I wish that I had bought a 6 pack and left the ankle sock out. I loved the way they fit and the softness of them.
The ankle socks I did not like at all. The ankle part is tight and I found myself tugging on them the whole time I was wearing them. I wish I could have sent only them back and exchanged them for the no shows.
But, all in all, the ones that I like I really really like and can see myself in the future ordering more of the no shows.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I received a four-pack of the white ankle socks and from the minute I put them on, I felt I was wearing the best socks ever made. They are comfortable, supportive and wear wonderfully EXCEPT for the heels. So far, I've had to throw three pairs out because they got holes in the heels! The rest of the sock was still in great shape. The heels need reinforcements.

I liked the Bombas socks but ended up paying 30% more because of duty, taxes and postal fees.
Please warn your Canadian customers of these extra costs unless it is under $20 CAD.
I purchased socks in the past and did not have to pay duty and it doesn’t seem fair now that I am charged shipping twice, once from your site and again from Canada Post.

I took the plunge with Bombas socks over a year and a half ago and have bought many more pairs since. They are comfortable. I don't find that they shrink at all. The sport ones are really good. But my frustration is that they get holes in the toes and heels, sometimes very quickly. And they are pricy, so replacement adds up quickly. The sport ones are a tighter fit, but not in a bad way, and I think they hold up a bit better. These are my everyday socks. I just wish I wouldn't keep getting holes in them. That is making me look for another brand now as I need to replace so many of my Bombas.

I purchased these socks for myself and swore by them! Then I purchased them for my husband, he wore a pair once and ended up with holes in the heels. He then purchased some more...giving them another chance and he just put a pair on today...NEW pair and they have a hole on the TOP of his right foot. They cost too much to only get half a wear out of them.
