    I ordered on October 21st, got the pills on the 27th, and the charge appeared in my bank on the 4th of November.

    I have been calling since then to no avail. The phone is busy all the time, and the email doesn't offer any help. What to do?

    I don't want any more pills! Does anyone have a different number? Please share it, I will be very thankful.

    Horrible

    I just ordered this product, and now I don't know how to end it without them charging me. Does anyone know what their number is? I heard bad reviews after I bought it. So can someone help me out? I feel so scammed.

    Scam?

    After two weeks of trying Brain360, the only effects I noted were an upset stomach. I tried to call customer service at the 877-566-6664 number to cancel (otherwise another month of the product is shipped and auto-billed to your credit card at $89.99).

    After a lengthy wait, Katlin answered the line. She couldn't find any record of me and my order and told me I would have to call a different number (which she couldn't provide), then said I would have to get the number from my credit card company.

    The only thing Brain360 has done for my memory is remind me not to fall for magical snake oil sold on the internet.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I am three weeks in and have not noticed any difference in memory or energy. For the price of the product, I was expecting miracles. It is cheaper to buy a "to do" notepad. Thank you for the free trial, but it wasn't for me.

    Customer service sucks

    I called the customer service at 877-566-6664 and spoke to "Josh." He was EXTREMELY rude. Regardless of the product, this makes me not want to be a part of any possible success story. If they hire employees such as this one, then they disgust me and should not be supported.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
