Ladies, please save your money. This product does absolutely nothing as advertised! After using 3 vials per the directions, no results whatsoever. Huge disappointment! No more effective than applying lip gloss, chapstick, or Vaseline to the lips. A true waste of money!

Did not see any improvement at all. Where I bought it, all they had was colored. Kinda sticky. I have heard clear is not as sticky. Save your money. Nothing more than a lip gloss! No plumping or helping fine lines. I have used it for months, just for gloss. I sure hoped it would work! Definitely would not recommend!

I eagerly purchased four tubes of City Lips as my lips were dry and lined. I used the product night and day for over 30 days as suggested by the manufacturer. Unfortunately the product did not work for me, and in fact, my lips became more dry, more lined, red and rather sore.

Obviously, the product was not working as described, so I emailed the company requesting a refund under their 60-day return policy and explained why I was requesting the refund. I received no reply, so I emailed again a few days later with more detail included in the email. I still have not received a reply!

I am not happy with the product or the service received at all! I would really appreciate it if I could receive an email detailing how and where to return the product for my refund as it is still within the 60-day money-back period!

I paid $35.00 in December 2018 for one tube of City Lips. The tube arrived fairly quickly, within 7-10 days. On the first application, I did feel a slight tingling of my lips. But that was the only time. This concoction is nothing more than coconut oil (you can smell it) and perhaps some tiny amount of something causing a slight tingling sensation. My lips HAVE NOT become plumper in any way, visually or imagined. This is an expensive loss and a lesson learned. If you want plump lips, go get JUVEDERM injected in them.

I was SO excited to try this product. I couldn't wait for it to arrive. It came today, and I ran to my bathroom, exfoliated, rinsed, dried, then applied, then waited...waited...waited...and 4 hours later, zero difference in lip appearance. Not only does the product feel like some cheap, sticky, thick, lip gloss from Wet N Wild; it does not moisturize nor condition nor plump. I could have gotten the same result by going to CVS and paying $1.25 for a tube of Wet N Wild and had the product immediately, but instead, I paid City Lips $35.00 for the product and waited 4 days for it to arrive and then was so, so, so very very very disappointed. I will be requesting a refund.

I was looking forward to receiving the product and using it, but unfortunately, it's a big fail for me. Nothing whatsoever changed with my lips, not even a sensation that they were plumping up. It feels like all I have received is a flash packaged lip gloss. I am so glad I only bought one! I have emailed to voice my dissatisfaction...no reply. Am I surprised? Not really.

I only started using City Lips a few days ago, but I can see a difference already. I have read the numerous reviews saying it does not work and am wondering if they were from younger women whose lips had not aged and thinned yet. I am 62 and my lip volume has shrunk considerably, something I didn’t realize happened as you aged (along with eyelash thinning, unfortunately). My upper lip was thin, my lips so dry and lined.

I can still see some lines after a week, but they are no longer dry and they are most definitely plumped. I will continue to use and enjoy the benefits.

I don't typically leave negative reviews, even when I've spent hard-earned money...but darn.

I'm so embarrassed to have fallen for this scam. This is a sticky gooey lip gloss that the only reason you have a pout is because you don't want your lips to touch because it feels so gross. There is nothing about this product that enhances your lips...not day, night, or overnight.

Shame on me for wasting my money. And shame on you for scamming.

I purchased a product and it's not what they say it does. I was conned out of £42 for something that is just a thick lip gloss. I used it for 3 days, it's a joke. I could have bought a lip gloss from any makeup counter for a fraction of the price. I do not know where the company found their positive reviews, it's ridiculous. To all you lovely ladies out there, please don't buy these products from City Lips! You're throwing your money away!

I have been using the product for several weeks and have stuck to the instructions. Unfortunately, I have seen no improvement, My advice is, don't buy it.

I am calling today to get instructions on returning the second order I received this week.

I bought one of these after reading the general description and thought it sounded a good buy! Well, I will not be buying this City Lips product again, no tingling sensation, no plumping, no DIFFERENCE! Whoever wrote their selling advertisement should be named Dick Turpin and to top it off, I was hit with a further fee for £19.00 on customs charges. Ladies, don’t waste your money, it’s literally a lip gloss in fancy packaging.
