    Disappointed customer

For starters, it is advertised as genuine leather, and when I ordered it I had to pay more to get the belt in leather. And when I cut it to my size, it wouldn't hold with the click rail they advertise. This product is junk, and buy a real belt if you want one that's useful.

    Nice design, but junk

I received one black and one brown belt for Christmas. The black one works fine so far. The brown one did not stay locked and when I walked, it would come loose. I took it back to Bed Bath & Beyond, got a new one, and the same thing was wrong. Very poorly made.

    I love it

I ordered it and when it was delivered to me, I gave it to my husband for his Christmas present from me. He was very pleased with the belt. I would recommend this to anyone else. At first, I was wondering about the product, but after we received it, we are very pleased with the belt.

    Terrible, inferior quality product

I ordered two Comfort Click "Premium Leather" Belts in order get the high-quality leather. What I received were two belts made of something not even resembling leather with the black color peeling off of the edges! Horrible quality, and defective from the start.

I called customer service and was met with an uncaring, detached representative who gave me the instructions for returning them.

An expensive lesson learned. I am out the processing and handling charges, as well as the shipping costs to return two inferior quality belts.

    Buyer beware!

    Falls apart

Good idea but POOR quality. My buckle rivets started falling out within the first 20 times of wearing it. I only used the belt on weekends so I was past the warranty. All of the belt and buckle still look brand new, but the company will not stand behind their product. The belt worked good, but the quality is LOUSY!

    Don’t buy

I bought both the brown and black. The concept is great and the belts worked great for a short period of time, but after a while, the teeth no longer hold the belt to the buckle; it will just fall off while walking. I wouldn’t buy it again unless they improve the latch. It does work now that I glued the latch down, but if I need to shorten the belt I would have to pry it open.

    Order and delivery

I ordered two belts online for Christmas gifts. Apparently, one belt was out of stock. I never got a notification (they apparently notify you one week after they know its out of stock), and they hold the other part of your order, so essentially, I would not receive my order for Christmas even though part of it was in stock. They don't notify you as a customer on the status and when you call, they don't have a supervisor available and only try to upsell you to their more expensive brand, which is magically available. This is a very poorly run company.

    Worst customer service

I saw the infomercial and decided to order online. I ordered 2 belts on 10/2/17. About two weeks later I checked the shipping status. Still said pending. Two weeks go by again and I check. Still says pending. I write an email to customer service asking where my belts are. Nothing in response. I get an email this morning saying they canceled my order. I'm glad I did not waste my money on this product since reading the reviews.

Not leather. Buckle does not hold together.

I bought this belt at a store that promoted products you have seen on TV. It is a great concept, but the quality of the product is sub-par and can't hold together. The spikes that hold the buckle onto the "leather" part of the belt tear off the coating, and the buckle doesn't grip anymore and falls off. I cut the belt shorter 5 times, and it tears it apart every time.

So far a pretty good deal.

I purchased my Comfort Click at a Rite Aid within the last few months (today is Labor Day 2017). All I can say is this has been a very good purchase to this day and has replaced all my other worn out conventional belts hanging in my closet. There hasn't been any slipping or stretching of any kind, and the belt (black) looks very attractive. To be fair, my waist is not that large at around 35-36 inches, so I am not putting that much pressure on the buckle.

I would have to give this belt a very good rating of four stars and recommend it to others, especially at this price.

    Garbage

This belt is a piece of garbage. When I tighten it down, it releases. I have to pull it tighter than I want to and it is very uncomfortable. I don't know if there is a similar product out there that you can try, but this one is not a good buy.
